The electrician Dan Baker did a very good job of locating, and fixing the problem. He explained everything very well. Was very polite, friendly, and knows his job.

Very knowledgeable and friendly and they lived up to their company name by arriving the day I called them. A bit pricey but I trust their work. They also presented a couple of options regarding the GFIâ s and related options.

Tyler was our tech and was very friendly. He did a great job going over what he was doing and provided different options for what we had done.

Extremely overpriced spent time looking at smoke detectors carbon monoxide detectors and electric panel seem to want to garner more business. Ended up just having a light fixture I installed at a cost of over $300 tech had to come back to put finishing trim on fixture and then come back again because he left his iPod.

The biggest rippoff of my life!

Service Today prides itself on being an emergency electrician and they charge high like an emergency electrician.. We made an appointment first thing in morning on a day I was not working. The electrician showed up at 6 pm, inspected the house like a bad mechanic, trying to make me think I was minutes away from a catastrophic fire, and left before doing any work because an elderly couple with health conditions was without electricity. I complained that we werent even given their $50 coupon, and expected a discount for our flexibility and my answer, weeks ago, was we will get back to you.

The electrician was helpful and explained everything in great detail making the decisions easy. I understand the reasons but still am grappling the idea of $800 for .5hr labor.

Service Today responded quickly to our request to install a ceiling fan. They would not give us an estimate over the phone. When they arrived the first time, they went around the house and came up with lots of add-ons before even installing the fan. They did not install that day but gave us an estimate that was significantly higher than we expected. The work was very well done and they did some extra things for us as well. However, we were very unhappy about the estimate and the price and the way the price was presented to us.

WAY OVER CHARGE FOR SMALL JOB. I DID NOT GET WORK DONE BY HIM BUT STILL HAD TO PAY $69.00

Paid over $300 for a guy to come by and talk for a half an hour about our project and say he didnt have time for the whole project that day and for us to reschedule. 5 months later and he never shows up like he says he will. Total SCAM.

Although the price was higher than other estimates, I felt the difference was in the careful consideration of all aspects of the project. Where others saw obstacles to work around, ST found ways to remove the obstacles, yielding a better, safer, and more aesthetically pleasing final result.

I felt price was about $200 higher than other commercial electricians I have worked with in the past. At $1200.00 for 6 hours, plus 2 hour for free estimate and 30 minutes after work was finished. Workmanship was excellent. Time was estimated at 8 hours.

Do not HIRE THEM! The electrician was argumentative and would not listen. He was more interested in doing a presentation, page by page, about the company and asked to do an entire diagnostic of the home. It felt very smarmy. I politely asked him to leave and he continued to try and say that I needed a diagnostic when I said I just wanted the repairs done. I had to get my son-in-law to come in order to get him to leave. Very uncomfortable situation.

Very personable employees, kept informed immediately of any changes or delays. Left no mess at all.

Very expensive, and at the same time, got the job done < 48 hrs from the time I requested it.

Great service, exceptional technicians. They were on time, highly skilled and a pleasure to work with.
