Hired them to diagnose an underground cable from my house to my garage. Right off the bat, he starts asking me questions about the reliability of my service and looking for ways to sell me more. Would not you like a much bigger cable in case you get an electric car in the future The electrician tries to upsell me any chance he could. It was very annoying. I make it clear that I only hired him for one thing and I was not interested in anything else. He got an attitude and said that he could not tell me if the wire was hot or not. I paid $69 for him to tell me exactly nothing. His answer was to just replace the cable no matter what. I called and complained and asked for a refund. I was told a manager would call me. 3 days later I'm still waiting...

Very pleased with the services. Several potential problems were discovered and repaired quickly . Personable and knowledgable plumbers explained issues clearly and I was given several options up front. I feel safer in my home now!
