The tough job (add switch and ceiling box) was done well. The simple add an outlet job did not seat the outlet in the wall properly.

Had a couple can lights go out in my bathroom. Turned out to be the GFCI in one of the outlets had gone bad. It was an expensive service call to have an outlet replaced (hence 4 stars), but part of the value came with the safety inspection, which highlights areas of your electrical system that could be improved for safety, and the fact that it took a professional to diagnose and fix it so I get why it's so expensive. Nick was highly professional, very personable, and someone I'd be happy to have back in the future. Customer service was good and they were very prompt as well.

Since he was there and fixed the original issue I asked about replacing another dimmer switch, 10 minute job plus cost of outlet but that was a new project and wanted $200 just for that, I thought that was unreasonable.
