We had two major projects done: installing light fixtures in our kitchen with new wiring and switches and replacing breaker panel, meter and grounds. We also had a couple of smaller projects as well. The work was excellent and everyone took the time to explain what they were doing. They were timely and although the project was expensive, the price was fair for the size of the project. Clean-up was thorough. We will definitely use them again for any electrical work we need.

Although my furnace was diagnosed and is now working - no parts were needed. This was quite a bill over $400.00! Our furnace was installed in 2017. I think due to the frigid weather - I may have been taken advantage of. I am happy to have heat again - but - this was a minor fix and we should have paid half of the overall charge.

Overall the service was fine. I felt that when the appointment was made we were led to believe the service call would be a lot less money. Like a Dentist we didn't have a lot of choices about how to fix the problem.

Excellent at problem solving and understanding goals.

They knew what they were doing. I think if you had a large wiring project, they would be suited for it. The price for what was done was outlandishly high. They tested a circuit that has 15 feet of run, and replaced a breaker in the main box. $527. One hour.

the job we needed done, capping an electric outlet was done perfectly in a timely manner. That being said, $472 for less than 30 minutes work seems a bit steep ($229 for work and $142 for permit).

I knew what the electrical problem was that we had... but still had to pay the $475+ diagnostic to confirm what I already knew. Work was fine but the cost was in no way an acceptable return on this investment

I rated 3.0s as no physical work was completed and I did not deal directly with the electrician's company. The nature of the services completed was purely inspection. I needed a professional's assessment of the current electrical state of property for which I could potentially purchase. I was able to obtain a reliable opinion which confirmed the building inspector's findings and helped me make an informed decision.
