Description of Work: I have used Andy's as my primary auto service provider for the last 20 years but unfortunately over the past 5 years something has changed. Their front service counter people tend not to keep track or know what the other has quoted or stated in regards to pricing or requested service. On the last service I was quoted $250 to repair an exhaust system on a very old car +15 years. I explained I did not want to invest much more money than that since the car was so old and I was unsure how long I wanted to keep it. In the end I paid $600 + for the repair. It is sad to part from a company I grew to know but enough is enough. I would not recommend this shop until they get their front counter issues resolved.

Description of Work: My experience could not have been any worse here. 3 times they had my car and three times I had to bring it back it for things that were incomplete (forgot to put cap on something, part hanging from bottom of car). Third time I drove away and 2 hours later my car would not start, turns out somehow they forgot to do something with the battery and thus it drained as I drive it. I went back and was angry. The guy at he front desk was kind and took responsibility. Well the owner (Andy) did not like this (him taking blame) so he BERATED him in front of my mother and I. He was humiliated. So we sat down and had a chat with Andy and lets just say he could not have been any more angry, blaming and ridiculous. Just a total rude piece of work. Oh and let's not forget his (Andy's) daughters suggestion (she was the secretary) she told me to try and trade my car (it had tons of problems) and not disclose the mechanical issues so that I would get more money for it. She said "they will never know." Just an unscrupulous, unsavory, unethical and dishonest group of characters. Avoid at all costs.
