Description of Work: Install cork floor in kitchen and carpet on stairs

Description of Work: This is my second floor with G&K. This time was carpeting. Very helpful and informative during the decision making process.

Description of Work: Remove ceramic tile and place waterproof flooring in bathroom.

Description of Work: Spoke with Glenn initially who gave me a rough estimate for two different flooring areas, and then when someone came out to give me the actual estimate, it was twice the amount. I had the bathroom floor done, and they contracted the job out to an independent contractor. He came on time and finished the job as described.

Description of Work: Installed flooring provided by flooring store. They were really good. They ran out of flooring and had to get more from the flooring store. It needed to be ordered, arrived a few days later and was promptly installed. I don't know whose fault the shortage was, but I didn't have to pay more, so I was satisfied. They were a subcontractor for the flooring store so I don't know how much they charged.

Description of Work: Hardwood floors in kitchen and utility rooms were refinished. A delay was necessary for part of the area due to excess moisture in the wood, so they had to come back an extra time to complete the job. I was initially concerned that they excluded liability for any dings in our cabinet bases or mopboarding because we do not have quaterround, but they were careful. A slip with the sander damaged one place in the drywall, for which they took responsibility. They had told us that 2 coats would be enough, but we believed it needed a third one, and we worked out a reasonable price for that. They carefully moved heavy appliances for us.While I do not have the exact cost accessible, their costs were comparable to other bids I received when you factor in the cost of moving the appliances. They got my business because they would do that and I didn't have to contract with someone else to do it.

Description of Work: Awesome service. Paul and the guys there are just great. He took the time to show us all of the possible products and variations at the store in Ypsi and came out to our house several times to pre-measure. Took the time to calculate the square footage in the manner that would save us the most money. Installers came out on time, were very professional and did a great job. Paul called numerous times during the actual installation to ensure that his guys were doing a good job. Great company. Highly recommend.
