Description of Work: High water alarm went off so we called to have our septic tanks pumped. Tanks were full but we also learned the lift pump needed to be replaced. We scheduled the service and lift pump was replaced. Plummers was professional and worked with us on payment. We will likely do business with them in the future.

Description of Work: Had two septic tanks cleaned. They communicated clearly about when they would be arriving even confiming with a call on the day of service. The driver was exceptional at navigating our 200' driveway without going off the drive. Any questions I had were answered and additional information was offered about the care and maintenance of the septic system. I'd use them again. I dug my own access which is a challenge and the staff person explained how collars can be added to the tank so one doesn't have to dig so deeply.

Description of Work: I called to have septic tank cleaned. They gave me appt 72 hours later. The tech called about 45 min before arriving. He came out inspected the system and explained how he would clean the tanks, he measured the capactiy and then started the pump. He cleaned up any residue or spill after he was finished.

Description of Work: I used the services of Plummer's Septic Tank Inc about a month ago. They needed to install risers and pump out the tank.

Description of Work: Had Plummer"s pump septic tanks 2 times. Once in 2002, and then again in 2007. Great work and service, used $10.00 coupon on bill from 02 so i paid $215. In 2002 i paid 225.00. Recently had problems with toilets not flushing good. Could not find bill, i had my son call around for the best price. He said Rudds would do it for $195.00. Capacity up to 1000. i said sounds good thinking it was a good price. Had tank pumped now i have an upstairs toilet full of c , not flushing. Come to find out after finding old receipt, which i did tell my son i knew we had 2 tanks. Now i'm not sure what to do? Should i call Plummers or Rudds? I did call Rudds from work the other day. The lady gave me the drivers cell phone number and said to call. Told her i would call later because i was at work and i wanted to find other tank. I did find other tank yesterday, digging in snow, mud and partially frozen dirt. Companies do charge more to have them dig. i did not want to pay to have anyone did the lid up. Any suggestions on what to do??? My son now out of state working so i can't count on him, now.
