Culligan of Ann Arbor/Detroit

We have dealt with Culligan for a number of years & have always had excellent service from the office staff, sales reps, technicians, & delivery people. They are helpful, organized, & know their business. Recently we replaced our old softener with a new Culligan softener; it has updated technology & does a great job with our problem water. Highly recommended!

We contacted Culligan after we moved into a home with an existing culligan water softener that had been neglected and wasn't working properly. They were very responsive and sent the area rep, Seth, out very quickly. Seth walked us through how the system worked and said that we could try to have it fixed, and if the repair wasn't successful that we would be credited the cost of the repair if we purchased a new system. He also showed us information on a reverse osmosis system as we had just moved out to the country with well water and were not exactly loving the taste. The next week, our softener was serviced and we were thrilled that it was able to be fixed. Nice to know we were working with an honest company as we really wouldn't have known any better! We also had the reverse osmosis system installed. Immediately we had a huge difference in the taste of our drinking water and within a day the regular water was noticeably softer. Great company with great product and great service!

Sales rep. came to house to estimate job, very professional. Installer called ahead on morning of installation date, performed flawless installation, cleaned up the work area. Would recommend/buy from this company again.

Everything was in good shape. The salt delivery was done well too. The man who delivered the salt altered me that the water softener needed to be services. They were good. They immediately diagnosed what's wrong and they seemed to have whatsoever they need on the truck. They take care of it properly. If they were late they would call and that I appreciate a lot.

I moved into a country home that had been vacant for almost a year. Many things weren't working correctly, some not at all (including the Water Softener). The smell of the water was horrid and had an ugly grey tint. I made the mistake of calling some yahoo that had his sticker posted on the wall in my utility room. I was advised that I needed (at minimum) a new valve and more likely a whole new off-brand water softener which he could deliver and install next day. I was FREAKED then I started THINKING. Call the Culligan Man!!

My Mark 100 Culligan System looked in good shape, the power was running to the unit, the previous owners left all the manuals, etc. etc. I called the Wixom Culligan office and the nice lady that answered was able to verify when my unit was purchased and she overviewed their service and sales offerings. I was connected to Sales and was helped by Jeff C. UNBELIEVABLE support was provided. Jeff arrived the next day with brochures and also gave us an owner's orientation to Water Softeners including the unit we had and what is new/improved on the market. After a cursory look at our Mark 100 it was determined that with some cleaning of the valve and a little TLC to loosen the hardened salt ... the unit was fine and would last awhile longer.

Jeff also checked in two days later to make sure everything was working properly and he even tested our drinking water and reviewed our Test Results from the Lab! Again, Jeff advised us on the care of another Culligan product that we didn't even know we had which was the Reverse Osmosis System. Bottom line, we could have been duped into new purchases blindly. Culligan definitely stood behind their product and won over a committed customer. This kind of honesty and integrity is rare today and Jeff C. demonstrated the quality of Culligan products and the willingness to keep existing customers happy and ensure repeat customers as well as how to obtain NEW CUSTOMERS thru referrals. Really friendly service guy, really great tasting water, and really good phone service! The bill is a little less than I expected (the installation a little more...) but I'm happy to have clean, clear drinking water that tastes much better than the tap. Thanks Culligan, nice work! THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS VERY GOOD. THIS COMPANY CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER I CALLED THEM. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THAT. THE WATER SOFTENER IS WORKING FINE NOW, SO I THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
