I was contacted within minutes of supplying home advisor my info. Mark Cross set me up with a service call the following morning. Adam was the technician who arrived promptly at 9:00am as promised. He was professional and efficient and completed the repair in 30 minutes for a fair price. I would definitely call them again and HIGHLY recommend his company to anyone who wants quality service at an affordable price.

Mark Cross the owner called within an hour, scheduled within days since we were leaving for a month, and completed installation before our departure. I had my system put in to look after my daughter who has special needs when I'm not home. The tech (Adam) went above and beyond to make sure my service was working. I have AT&T Uverse and Adam was on the phone with AT&T all day trying to get my service on line so that I could view my home when I'm away. He got the carmers up with no problem. He had to come back out because we had to wait for AT&T to get their part done right. Now my service is working great thanks to Adam. I would recommend Mich Alarm to everyone. Excellent Customer Service.

I was really impressed with Mark Cross. He called me on a holiday weekend to discuss my needs and is giving me prompt attention. He is a go-getter who has excellent reviews. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I called and the next day the owner was at my house explaining the system to me and the very next morning his son was at my house installing it. They didn't try to sell me options I didn't need, which I appreciated. Very friendly and knowledgable .one of the companies I called sent me an email to visit their website and a week later he called -bad business as far as I'm concerned.

Other alarm companies were less interested in trying to solve our repair problem and more interested in selling us new products. The person that came out to our house took the time to problem solve and helped us to make a decision about the most cost effective solution. Our alarm is up and running and it only cost us a $75 service call and $150 repair, compared to quotes from other companies of $600 and up. This is the only alarm company we will call in the future. They really care about the customer, they are honest, and they have expertise in their field.

I will advise him to get a shoe cover when entering in peoples home. Is a sign of respect and show you care about cleanliness of their home. Get a shoe shoe cover like Comcast Tech, please. Overall, great guy.
