 + -1 moreThey did work while we weren't home. When pouring leveler on the subfloor, they let it run through to the basement and it got all over my laundry and washing machine. I had to clean it myself. They cut the molding on the doorway well over an inch above the flooring. The installation is not good. Some tiles are raised and uneven. Some tiles are now cracked and the grouting is also cracking coming out. While they were in the house they had removed the toilet, so when they needed to go to the bathroom, they went behind the shed in the backyard, rather than use the other bathroom upstairs. My neighbor reported this to me, I was mortified. They also ate leftover pizza and fruit from our refrigerator. Rather than demanding to have the bad work fixed, I opted to never have them return to the house and had someone else help me fix their bad installation.
Description of Work: Installed ceramic floor in kitchen and bathroom.

 + -1 moreI SHOPPED AROUND AND THIS ONE COST A LITTLE MORE BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK MORE THAN MADE UP FOR IT. I HAD THE FURNITURE MOVED OUT SO THE WORK WENT QUICKLY. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND THE ROOM LOOKS GREAT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY INSTALLED A STONE FLOOR IN MY 10 FOOT BY 13 FOOT ROOM. THEY ALSO HAULED THE OLD FLOORING AWAY.
