Mark was terrific from beginning to end. What he said he'd do, he did. What he said he'd charge, he charged--plus he gave lots of free advice. He was punctual, professional and extremely helpful. Mark is the epitome of what all professionals should be. Thank you!

Mark, the owner, came out and had our system installed in about 90 minutes. Everything went well and he cleaned up to out satisfaction. We also had him install a brushed nickel dispenser to match our kitchen faucet, looks great!!

Price was much lower than competition. Install was done by owner; he was fast and efficient. He did a good job cleaning up after.

Great! Mark meet my wife and me at his store and he answered all of our questions. He even was able to install the new unit the same day. He was very professional and we would recommend him.

In May, 2014, when he installed the new water softener he was prompt, a fast worker and pleasant.  I gave him an excellent review on Angie's List.

On March, 29, when he arrived at my home, I have never worked with such a nasty, miserable, condescending. argumentative "Professional" individual.  Never !

I called him on March 28, 2016 regarding leaking from the controls on the top on the softener.  During the phone call I thought he was slightly irritated, but he said he would be able to come over Tuesday at Noon.  He asked me if I knew where it was leaking and I said from the controls, but I'm not sure exactly where.  

He arrived approximately 12:15pm. When he examined the softener, he said, just as he thought, the tube was cracked.  He cut the end of the tube and reattached it to the water softener. I asked him if the service was under the warranty of the softener and he said no, $85 service fee.  I felt it was a little high because he was at our home about 15 minutes, and the softener was his product that wasn't really old.

When I made mention of the fee, which I felt was high,  but of course I would pay, because I asked he to repair the softener, these are a few to the things he said....with a very nasty attitude.....

--he had to stop his installations to come to our home.  He selected to time, I didn't.

--he was trying to tell me how to fix it on the phone, but I refused to listen.  I told him I was not going to get involved in repair work because, as a women, I really didn't have knowledge of water softeners and was not mechanically inclined and not really strong enough to tighten things.  He said should he advertise different service prices, if you are a woman mechanically inclined or not, or if you are a man.  He was just so nasty.

--he said he came out to my home, and he has other things to do.  He  has chores to do, a house to take care of and a business to run.

--I asked him how long the fixing the hose would be under warranty, he said until he walks out the door.  

I called Mark at AAA Quality Water Softeners because of his excellent service when he installed our softener.  I realize I needed to pay a service call.  I have the right to express my opinion as to feeling the time spent at the service and the price of the call.  After I expressed my opinion is when he turned nasty.  He was even mouthing back at me as he walked out the door.  All he had to say is that is the price of the service call, the end.   Keep his nasty, mean comments to himself.  

Right on time! Reviewed everything with us including how to use and what to expect. Very nice and down to earth.

Mark Kitchen is an honest and fair business owner. He knows what he is doing; how softeners and iron removers work; and can tell you exactly what you need. He provides options and tells you the pros and cons of each-given your particular water type. 
His prices are below the "well known" companies. Further, he only deals with materials that he believes are the bast for the customer.
We called him on a Saturday morning telling him that our softener had quit and had spread brine all over the basement. We did not know if he had openings or if he charged more on weekends. Well, he did NOT charge any more than he would have on any other day of the week. He arrived at our home a couple of hours later with all the materials he thought he would need. He was efficient and conversational. Explained everything involved and was willing to take the old stuff to dispose of.
I would recommend AAA Quality Water Conditioning to anyone. A++++

I called the evening before, and Mark was at the house by 9:00 am the next day.
He thoroughly explained our existing system, and what he would recommend. Although the price was more than I had expected to pay, his explanation of the system's technology and how it "exactly" works more than convinced me that it was worth the investment.
The entire job was completed in no more than a couple of hours. He even filled my new tank with quality salt.

Installer/owner showed up on time. Price quoted was final price. Installation was quick. He was helpful and educational.

Mark arrived on time, was very professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing, as well as how to use our 2 new systems. From start to finish, total time for install was less than less than 2 hours. What impressed me the most was the tiny diamond drill bit he used to install the faucet for the reverse osmosis system. The bit size was somewhere around ¼". There was no damage done to the counter and the system looks great. We will definitely be using him again.

Mark is one of the best contractors that I have ever had the pleasure to work with.  He was professional, on time, and did and excellent job; I can only wish that more people were like him.  He came in and accurately diagnosed our issues, provided a solution, and then to top it all off, he was the most economical solution!   All of this came along with the highest quality and results that we could have asked for.
It is so comforting to know that you are in good hands and that he could be trusted.  He refused to take any payment until we were 100% satisfied with the job that he did - certainly a stand up and honorable individual. 
If we were to need any more water related solutions, Mark would be the first (and probably only) guy that I would call.

Mark is very personable and professional. He was unsure if he had the perfect filters because another company originally installed the system, but Mark said he would come out free of charge to check it out. He was prompt and courteous.

I called AAA Quality Water Conditioning looking for a reasonably priced used water softener. Mark, the owner, answered the phone. He was friendly and humerous to talk with, offered me a great deal on a rebuilt softener. I accepted and asked if he would be willing to drive an hour to Ann Arbor to install it.  He agreed and arrived at the agreed time two hours later. Installation and clean up was fast and he even hauled away my old unit.  He also provided good instructions on operating the new unit.  I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the service Mark provided!

AAA Water came out the same day I called. Identified & clearly explained the problem. The next day, our new system was installed and has greatly improved our water quality.

Mark was great! He has been dealing with our older water softener for a few years and it finally had to be replaced. He provided a quote and came out quickly to replace the system. The job was not easy and he ran into some complications but he stayed until he had it fixed. He had to come back out again to make adjustments and was very helpful, professional and courteous. I would recommend him again!
