They came exactly when I expected them and even called beforehand to let me know when they would be arriving. Just one man did the entire duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and sanitizing in little time at all. When we asked questions about the services, he was able to educate us about what he was going to do and why it is important. Since we wanted to show our landlord why the cleaning needed to be done, he even alerted us to filters and debris we could take pictures of. We have not been coughing, sneezing or experiencing skin irritation since our cleaning. I'm so happy with the service Royal Extreme Clean provided and their prices!

We had rain water leaking into the basement throough the chimney cleanout hole. They did the best job of explaning that the problem was with a deteriated chimney cap and included a cell phone picture of the problem. They also had the best price. They showd us another picture after the work ws done. We have had two heavy rains since and no leaks. Excellent company.

Everything he did he explained to me, he actually had a camera that showed me everything that came out, he looked at fireplace and showed you how to use damper. He also found a problem with humidifier. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!

I talked with Daryl several times before contracting with him and his company royal extreme cleaning. He explained everything in detail and was very patient with my many questions. His work was excellent, camera pictures before and after, several hours intense work, and clean, sanitized (for mold, bacteria) ducts. Daryl seemed more knowledgeable than others with whom I spoke and did everything he said he would do and more--even checked out our fireplace and porch heater as a courtery.
