After a complete review of various companies in the area I found Royal Extreme to be the best value and very dependable! They called prior to the arrival time and showed up right on time. Completed the job, cleaned up, and charged what they quoted. Will use them again.

Royal called me right away to explain what they did, answer any questions that I head and to schedule the job. They called when on their way. They were also willing to do the job with my sons here as I could not be. He was very polite and hard working. The job took longer than anticipated but I was not charged any more than quoted. All in all I would certainly give their name to a friend.

I'm very happy I selected Royal Extreme Clean. Darry came out to my house did a very detailed job for a 55 year old house that never had duct work. He even installed a new dryer vent (that I had been putting off installing) without any hesitation. I would hightly recommond this company to anyone.

Very professional and efficient. The guy who came out worked very hard. Inspection found problems, which I already knew existed, and was given a fair price to fix. I had top side damper installed, some tuck pointing, a hole in the flu and crown repair done. They show you before and after pictures of work. Would definitely recommend.

You better take care of this guy! He was professional, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and a great worker. From the moment he arrived he worked tirelessly for 4 hours to complete a job that unfortunately, should have been done 10 years ago. I NEVER have given such a glowing review before. Give him a raise so he can move to where he wants to be, and h.is family will be safe while he is working.

They were very professional, clean and most importantly did a complete check of flue,cap and interior of chimney, which none of the other three estimates did. Thank you very much. If there are ever any more problems you will be the only one I call.

Our new house in Troy, built in 1960, had likely never had the ducts or chimneys cleaned. So, there was A LOT of work to be done. The gent who came out was very professional, cleaned the ducts, cleaned up after the work was completed - even going the extra mile of taking a floor rug outside, way outside, to shake out the metal filings and dust from the work in the basement. Also, he went out of his way to retrieve a loose piece of aluminum siding which had nothing to do with the chimney work being conducted. Given the effort and level of work, his demeanor never wavered, he spent the necessary time (5 hours) and did what was needed.
