Description of Work: I made an appointment to repair my air-condition. They did not show up for the whole day and did not bother to call to let me know. I called to find out and was told they were busy getting to the customers from days before, and I had to wait another week for them to come. I will never call them again.

Description of Work: I used them for a cleaning and tune-up on my heater. The worker was great, informing me of everything he was doing. He found the heater manual inside of the unit and removed it. It had been there since the unit had been installed 6 years earlier. In that time I had two other companies work on the heater and had opened it up without removing this manual. He also showed me some lose connections that he said was not properly put together on installation. I was beginning to wonder what I had paid the other companies for, but I was very happy that I had made that phone call to Mike's this time. They will be my go-to for all my heating and air condition issues.

 + -1 moreI think he was very professional. He arrived at my home on time. He was friendly and polite. He got the air conditioner running smoothly in a short amount of time. I think their prices are competitive with the rest of them. I was happy with the quality of work.
Description of Work: My humidifier on the air conditioner in my home wasn't working. He repaired a loose wire.
