Description of Work: First of all this was there second time out due to my air conditioning not working. The first time they came out was because the contactor in the air conditioner unit was not working and had to be replaced. This happen in May 21, 2012, and I was charged $172.70, and that service person left the old contactor part in the grass by the air conditioning unit. The second time they came out was because the air conditioning unit would not stay on. When I described what was going on this service man not only knew right away what was going on, but he also did not charge me as much. My thermostat had to be replaced and he did not charge me a service fee which would have been $89.00 in addition to parts and labor.. So I was pleased because he was professional and had he come the first time, he probably would not have taken care of the whole problem at once.

Description of Work: Main Heating & Cooling Inc. comes out twice a year to make sure everything is working just right and to replace our filters.
