Within a year, the carpeting seemed to be showing a lot of wear for just 2 people. We let them know about the issue. This was an ongoing thing over 2 years. Before they'd send someone out, they insisted that we have a particular cleaner come and clean the carpets. So we did that. Then, Home Depot contacted the manufacturer and a representative from the carpet manufacturer came out. We showed him where the carpeting had separated from the backing. He said that was probably due to the cleaning method, and so they refused to do anything, and referred us back to the cleaner. The manufacturer said that the carpets should have been steam cleaned, instead of the method that the Home Depot-recommended cleaner used. Home Depot refused to help at all. We had used Home Depot for so many projects over the years, but we were so unhappy with their response that we will not use them again.

THIS COMPANY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF INSTALLING OUR DOOR WALL. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THE DOOR WALL LOOKS GOOD AND WORKS FINE. WE ARE HAPPY WITH IT.

THEY WERE CLEAN PEOPLE. I HAD A TRUST ON TRUST DEAL WITH THEM; BECAUSE I LEFT TO GO DO SOMETHING AND ALLOWED THEM TO ENTER WHEN I WASN'T AROUND. THEY NEVER MESSED WITH ANYTHING. THEY JUST GOT THE JOB DONE.
