Description of Work: I purchased The Big Deal, $49 for a Professional Foundation and Basement Water Leakage Inspection plus Drainage Assessment. It went pretty well.

Description of Work: I ordered the service, giving 3 options for dates of service. They, contacted me and chose a date of their own. They emailed the day before to confirm and again on the day of asking for a phone number. They never showed, didn't call and did not respond to my email the following day.

Description of Work: I requested radon testing, and did one of the Angie's List big deals. A radon testing kit was sent in the mail with instructions on where to place it and how to send it in. Very detailed instructions for both. I sent it in and got test results in mail back in about 2 weeks. No issues were indicated from the test results. I would not use this company again only because the whole thing was very impersonal, not one phone call to speak with a real person.

Description of Work: The crawl space under our family room was having water leak in during heavy rains. This sometimes collected by the basement wall and did not get removed quickly enough by the basement sump. They installed a sump in the crawl space and tiles on the inside with weep holes at the base of the cement blocks. They then sealed the inside walls with a heavy plastic material. There were problems with this solution during the recent heavy rains. They returned and moved the location of the sump to a better location and added a warning alarm and resealed. The next day they returned when the alarm sounded and cleaned some wood chips that were blocking the sump from pumping. There were no charges for any of these returns and it is working fine now despite continuing heavy rain.

Description of Work: I contacted this company because I wanted to know if I had any issues in my crawl space. The man who came was very professional and examined my crawl space and found that I didn't have any issues. He explained to me what he was looking for and what to notice in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering his honesty which is so hard to find these days!
