We had both carpet and laminate installed. The laminate installers (2 workers) led by Mo arrived on time, worked an 11 hour day so the job would be completed in one day instead of the estimated two days. The work performed was of excellent craftsmanship and high quality. The carpet install crew (4 workers) led by Yoni worked quickly and carefully with 2 workers in each room. The result was a great looking carpet job in each room.

My experience Was very positive. From my in home sales person to my carpet installer. They were very professional and understood my needs and follow through was very timely. My installer Joe H went above and beyond to ensure my carpet was installed to perfection. I am very happy that I decided on the Carpet guys for my carpet update.

I have to say that the whole experience with "The Carpet Guys" turned out to be fantastic. Joe my salesman showed me a good variety of choices for both carpet and flooring. He quoted a very fair price. The installation went very well. Scott installed the flooring and it looks amazing. Joe and crew installed the carpeting and again just amazing. The installers were very pleasant and polite. I was very pleased with the whole experience!

The carpet guys did an amazing job. I am a perfectionist so I appreciated how Nick the sales person went through every detail of what I was requesting. Then Dave and his sons spent a day and a half prepping my floor so when they laid the vinyl planks it was going to look good and last. My basement floor was not level and had cracks and pits and a recent patch to fix a pipe. From begging to end the carpet guys team exceeded my expectations.

Our salesperson, Rebecca, was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very kind and patient while we changed our minds a few times on some details. Noel, the installer, was very friendly and pleasant. Him and the other guy did a really nice job. It looks great and very professionally done. My only complaint is that the coupon in the paper was deceptive. I would ordinarily not use the company again based on that but due to how wonderful Rebecca and Noel were to work with, we will certainly consider using Carpet Guys again.

Went very well. Removed the old carpet & padding & replaced it with a comparable color/texture to the hallway carpeting. the crew was fast, efficient. I'd cleared the room of furnishings myself & they did the room very quickly.

Hello, Robert was our sales expert who sold us our carpet. He came to the home and didn’t mind all our initial questions at first about how he felt?, was he sick?, did he have a fever?, a cough?, he wore a mask the whole time even though we told him he didn’t have to. He was excellent in explaining all the options. He had multiple samples, colors, and different weights of the carpet. (I knew about the weight) He answered every question and was very professional while also very friendly and made us feel comfortable. We would welcome him back and recommend him as well. Thanks Robert! Edgar and his partner Brian were also very good. They also didn’t mind the same coronavirus questions at the door in the beginning. (We have an 85 year old sickly father at another home, and don’t want to take any illness to him) Anyway, Edgar and Brian were hard workers! They aimed to please. There was a piano in the back family room I had dismantled completely. There was the last piece I could not lift (The harp) it’s very heavy for mother and daughter to lift ) They only were required to move it to lay the carpet, but they took it outside and put it in the garage for me. What a great job...and a big relief for me. That’s above and beyond. They said it was no big deal but to me... it is a big deal!! The carpet looks excellent in every room. As they went along, if we had questions, they stopped working to answer them. They even vacuumed when they were all done. A full job completed. I highly recommend Edgar! Thank you. Though there was a hiccup in getting factory product during the pandemic, we finally settled on a date. Josh (installer) was prompt, courteous and thorough with a great attitude to match. We saw a real feel for craftsmanship during the process and we're happy with the results! Certain to recommend.

Best customer service ever. Very professional from the first phone call. Our sales rep, Dan, arrived early, which he called to confirm my availability. Showed up with everything he needed to explain the process and have me pick out my carpet. Scheduled my appointment for the installation. Arrived on time, with an amazing team of installers, including Jose M. They were extremely professional, did an amazing job installing the carpet. Completed the job exactly on time and as I expected. Would definitely recommend The Carpet Guys.

Joel was on time, knowledgeable, professional and offered many options and some good recommendations. Installer Ron was on time and professional, he came in went to work and got the job done in a very timely manner. I would use The Carpet Guys again if i needed more work done. I can’t say enough to express how pleased my wife & I are with our new laminate floor from the Carper Guys. The sales representatives were courteous, knowledgeable and listened to our goal in order to provide us with the best flooring at the best price. There was a factory shipping delay on materials, but the office was able to work with us to expedite installation. My wife stated that “this was the best Installation team we ever had in our house” and my wife is a perfectionist. The installers (Josh L. & Becky C. Patrick) took the time to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, no short cuts. He paid attention to every detail. I could see he loved his job and was committed to making sure we loved our new floor and the entire “Carpet Guy” team. I know how difficult it is to manage contracted jobs from sales & product delivery to installation but these guys will make it happen. Thank you Carpet Guys

Carpet Guys were the best people to work with. Dale on the sales side was excellent to make sure I had carpet installed quickly. Installers Edgar did a excellent job installing the carpet. I would highly recommend this company for any flooring you need. I received a visit during installation from the head of sales checking to see if everything was going well and brought me a lovely basket of flowers. Arrangements was beautiful. No company would go out of their way like this company did. Cannot day enough good things about them

Worked on best price for our budget and was very personable! Dave and his crew installed the laminate. It took 2 days because of the size of the job. They were very professional. Rafael and his partner installed our carpet on the 3rd day. As with Dave and his crew, they were also very professional and personable! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent experience from initial inquiry, to consultation and design, to install. Blake was our sales rep. Mario installed the vinyl, Chris installed the laminate, and Gus installed the carpet.
