Excellent! Joe LaDuke did a great job at explaining the process, billing, and coming out twice to pick the flooring. Carpet Guys called regularly during the COVID pandemic to reschedule as needed. Josh L and his team were the best! They had to level out the basement before laying down the floor and they did an amazing job. They were professional and courteous. Josh is a master in his trade. The basement is beautiful and we use it all the time now.

I had new carpet installed back in February 2020 and to be honest it was a disaster. In fact, I had to have Carpet Guys come back three times to fix ongoing issues. The problems I had ranged from them not fastening the carpet down properly in key areas. Also, they marked up all my base molding to a point I had to have it all repainted. In addition the seams were so bad I had to have them come out twice to repair, and replace carpet in key areas where the seams were so visible you could see it standing 10 feet away. Not good let me tell you. Very disappointing to say the least. After all the repairs I had conducted I am still not totally satisfied with the overall quality of the carpet & install. My hallway still has two seams that are very visible. Like I said the overall quality of the carpet and install was terrible. If you are looking for new carpet I am going to highly suggest you look at using a different company that has there own in house certified installers. Carpet Guys is all about the upfront sale of their product, and once the sale is complete they contract out the install to anyone who will do the job. This was very evident with my install. One more thing to note. After all the problems I had not once has Carpet Guys called me to ask me if I am now satisfied. This just shows you that they really don't care about there customers, and there only focus is the up front sale of their products.

Very well, we are very pleased with the whole experience, from the sales man to the installation by Gus and his helper, the rooms look great.

EXCELLENT! EVERY aspect of our experience was terrific. Making our appointment online was a breeze. It was confirmed with a phone call and details were provided in less than an hour after I submitted my request. Joel, our salesman, was genuine and honest. He provided details about the carpeting itself, explained the differences in quality and price and then worked to be sure we're got the best price possible. When our installers, Amador and Diego, came out, they were RIGHT ON TIME. They were very attentive to detail, worked quickly, but took plenty of time to be sure the job was done well. Before they left, they cleaned up and made sure we had no further questions. They next day, we received a follow- up call to be sure we were satisfied. I would rehire these guys in a blink.

Great experience. Mazin the salesperson helped so much to narrow down great choices within my budget. He went out of his way to help me. Martin and his assistant were punctual, quick and extremely neat with the removal of the old carpet and installation of the new. Great experience!!!

Everything went exceptionally well no problems in and out and now I'm enjoying my new floors and carpet just in time for the weekend and my wife's birthday

Will be using The Carpet Guys in the future! We moved into a new house and needed something with next day installation before the movers came. Our sales associate Blake was punctual, professional and no-nonsense. He asked us exactly what we wanted, and of course showed us a few "nicer" carpets, but stayed within our budget and didn't try upselling or pushing us. This made the carpet buying experience 1000% better than most companies. He was done within an hour after taking measurements. My type of sales, I hate wasting my time with sale pitches and nonsense. Installation happened next day and the guys were great. I believe one was named Jose M. They were nice, punctual, quick and did a great job. Quality work for a quality price. We had 3 upstairs bedrooms with closets, a hallways and stairs done.

Great Experience from both sets of installers. Carpet installers were in and out and did a great job! Josh and Becky installed my Laminate.... it looks absolutely fabulous! Love love love it! They are a great team!

I would highly recommend their service. They started before 9am and continued to work until 9pm without any breaks. My daughter was sick and their was alot of kahos going on within our household. I was extremely pleased with the whole process/. The salesman was punctual, friendly but also professional. He helped me pick out a carpet and color to my liking and explained the whole process of installing the carpet. The fellows who installed the carpet were awesome! They called before they came, explained what they would do and then went right to work. And did they work! There was no chit chat between them and they worked well together as a team. When they finished installing the carpet, they asked where I wanted the furniture placed and cleaned up at the end. They were also friendly yet professional. I couldn't ask for more!

I am the owner of a number of rental properties. Today I called to get a quote on a hall and stairs between an upper and lower condo ( I own the lower). The person I spoke to did not want to come out unless the owner of the upper unit and myself could both be there. I explained that because neither of us are living at that location it was difficult to coordinate our schedules. We know the product we want installed and have already gotten quotes from other companies. The guy kept vacillating and couldn’t make up His mind as to whether they were willing to come out for the quote. I finally hung up. I’m busy and don’t have time to waste. It appears that they are looking to push for an on the spot decision and we just don’t work that way
