They did an excellent job. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future if needed.

The flooring installation (unfinished floor) generally went well. The subcontracted team showed up on-time and installed the flooring without any problems. Superb Flooring did not deliver the material in advance to allow the floor to acclimate nor take a moisture level reading prior to install. The finishing was another story. They initially showed up 3 hours late to begin the process of sanding the entire floor. After 2 days of sanding, we chose the stain and thought all was going well. After the staining process, we were informed that the finisher wasn't happy with the results. So, they agreed to resand the entire floor and start over. The second time the floor was stained (oil-based), and without proper curing time, they decided (without consulting me) to apply a water-based polyurethane. Once "cured", we started working on the interior trim. The polyurethane immediately peeled in areas and it was obvious it was done incorrectly. The finisher through Superb Flooring came back and thought a rescreen and recoating would fix the issue. It didn't. They then had to come back a 4th time to sand the floor for a 3rd time, restain, and reapply poly. This last time, they did a great job of dinging and gouging all of my new baseboard and casings, slopped dark stain on my new custom kitchen cabinets (painted white) and other trim, and still had some streaked stain and slight bubbling. They took what was going to be a beautiful floor and new trim and virtually destroyed it. The baseboard now requires shoe molding to cover up their mess. I have truly never dealt with, nor imagined, that much incompetence in a contractor in my life. Floor finishing with oil-based finishes isn't exactly new technology - this should have been a very straightforward job. Not to mention they took a better part of 20 working days to finish my floor in the course of a month.

The carpet was delivered and installed as promised. The sales rep, business owner, and office staff were all very knowledgeable and great to work with. I give them a B on quality and professionalism because their install crew could have been better. They left some marks on our walls and there were some gaps and loose corners after they finished. We spoke to the company and they quickly made it right. The carpet looks great now. In spite of the little hiccup on the install, I will definitely hire them again to do the rest of my house.

I went to the store because they did installs for duraceramic and they were offering 15% off to angie's List members. I was able to take samples of duraceramic home and Bill came out that evening to give me an estimate. I have half bath and one full bathroom.both small spaces. Bill called me back few days later and we setup a time for the install. The install time took much longer than I expected but it is because the spaces are small and needed much more detail work. The installers were professional, cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. And more importantly they did a great job. The tile was exactly what I wanted and looks great in the bathrooms.
