Description of Work: I set an appointment for an estimate. On the date and time, no call, no show. When I called, I was told there was a family death. Totally understandable. Set up an appointment. I explained to the young lady that came that it would only be the large furniture that would be moving, and not all of that either. I had a post it on the things that would be moved. I had a lot of things everywhere because I was getting ready for an estate sale. The young lady spoke to me over the phone and by email with an approximate cost of 1,700! She told me it would take a lot of boxes and time to pack all those things. I reminded her that it was only the marked large things, NONE of the small stuff. I asked her to "sharpen her pencil" and get back to me. I didn't hear from her from Friday till later on Tuesday... I got an email with the new price, since I didn't hear from them in a timely fashion I hired another company on Monday. She was very nice, but way over priced and again not timely

Description of Work: They moved my entire house. The guys were great. Due to a scheduling issue they were 3 hours late and had to add another day. But it was an office problem not a mover issue. Guys were fast and friendly. I do have some damaged furniture, so I would stay close and watch wrapping if it means something to you. But it happens.

Description of Work: We needed our home to be "deep cleaned" because we were putting it on the market to be sold. It look a little longer than expected. They always called right back. Maybe could have a little more professionalism when answering the phone. It seemed like the business phone was someones cell phone. (would answer "Hello?" instead of using the name of the business.) The overall cleaning they did was what we needed.

Description of Work: MI Solutions moved the contents of our home in Dearborn MI across state to Manistee MI. |Items were pre-boxed. The did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Two day, two stage move from Dearborn to Traverse City. They got us and all our necessary stuff into our apartment in Traverse City on time. They had a truck breakdown and the second stage, a move of stuff to a storage facility in Traverse City was delayed a day or so. It didn't affect our overall plan so it was all good. Movers were experienced, professional and I would use them again.

Description of Work: they were on time and fast. Moved me from Royal oak to novi in two hours flat.

Description of Work: I had moving service done from my old house to my new home and they cleaned the new house before I moved in. The cleaning was very detailed. They cleaned everything from ceiling fans to the top of the fridge. I was surprised at how good they worked as a team. Very respectful and well dressed uniformed team
