 + -1 moreSince then I've tried to reach him but after an argument he hung up on me. I didn't know what to do so I called my daughter. She called him also and found out that he'd already cashed the check. She was angry too and told me I'd most likely not see the door, the repair or the money. I decided to call Angie's List.
Description of Work: I called this guy a couple weeks ago to replace locks on a broken screen sliding door. He created an estimate which included more than I needed. I felt he was trying to take advantage of my insurance coverage but he ultimately said it was going to need a sliding glass door wall and screen. I kept telling him I just needed the lock. He explained what he was talking about and told me the charge would be $500. I don't know why I did it but I wrote him a check for $500. The next day a different man was removing my door and taking it with him. I asked him what he was doing and he said he needed it for measurements. My door is gone and so is my money.

 + -1 moreThis was installed by the previous owner on the day of our house closing. We had to immediately purchase 2 new additional transmitters. From day 1 these have not worked correctly. We have called Clay on 4 occasions and he has said "you are right down the street from me, I will just stop by" but he hasn't. He hasn't returned the phone calls or helped to correct the problems that are occurring.
Description of Work: Installed new garage door operator, 1 transmitter.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAS GOING TO HAVE THEM DO MY BACK DOOR, BUT NOW I WILL FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I DO NOT SEE HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS.
