On August 2, 2011 my husband called them for an estimate to clean the gutters. when he called , he left a message. they returned the call the following day and said that the owner would call us back. The owner never called back.

Our house hangs over a ravine so it is very dangerous to work on the gutters at the back of the house. Craig does a great job every time. He's punctual, friendly and very efficient. His prices are reasonable, too.

The company left a flyer in my mailbox. I checked them out on Angie's List, only to find out that they ranked "As" across the board. I called them that day to schedule an appointment. secured an appointment within a week. They were prompt, professional and did a great job. I will use their service again.

He arrived on time with a helper and cleaned my gutters. They were very professional and quick and I especially appreciated the fact that they cleaned up the debris off the ground.

After the last leaves fell, we realized that the gutters were full and needed to be cleaned. I called Kimbrough and Co. and left a voice mail. It took about two days for someone to call us back to set up a time. The caller informed us that we didn't have to be home, an invoice would be left int he door, and the work would take place this week or next. Well, two weeks went by and no one called or showed up. I called back to find out when the work would be done. The woman who answered the phone said she wasn't even sure if we were on the list. Then she finally figured out we were and that they would get to it when they could. When I expressed reservation about this, she praised the company and enumerated the number of years they were in business and how many satisfied customers they have had. I thought if this were true, then they would be a bit more organized and able to be firm about when the work would be done. I asked her to call me back to say when I could expect the gutters to be cleaned or I would have to cancel and find a more reliable service. Well, within about 90 minutes Mr. Kimbrough appeared at my door and the work began. His crew was fast, efficient and got the work done in a short period of time. They went above and beyond by blowing off the remaining few leaves on the lawn (front and back) and hosing down the deck. All debris was removed. We were very pleased! And next time, we will use them again. I would just suggest that Kimbrough and Co. would be a bit more definite about scheduling. The bottom line: All's well that ends well.

They showed up a day early, which was fine, since I did not need to be there for the service. They cleaned up everything and left the leaves and dirt ans such in yard bags neatly lined up by my garage. They left a bill at the door with a request to leave a check at the door the next morning. Very easy transaction. When I originally called for an estimate they said they would do it the next day. Didn't hear back from them the next day or the day after, so I had to call again, and they apologized for not getting to the estimate and promised to have it done the next day. The next day I got a phone call with the estimate for the gutter cleaning services.

My experience with them was fine. They were thorough and did a good job. I would recommend them to other people and use their services again in the future.

He said he would do the work on Friday or Saturday. When I returned home from work on Friday evening, the work was completed and an invoice was left at my home. The invoice amount was $514.00, considerably less than the original estimate. Craig and his crew cleaned up thoroughly and did a great job installing the gutter guards.

On time, price was right cleaned up afterwords. Highly recommend.

I thought it went pretty well. He was very responsive and arrived on time. He went through and cleaned all of the gutters first. He then installed gutter guards. There was an issue with my gutters that he discussed with me first, presented a few available options and we then decided on the best solution. I thought Craig was very professional, as was his assistant. I'm not sure if I got the best price or not. It was hard to find comparisons that were apples to apples but I liked Craig, I felt I could trust him and he did good work so it did not matter to me if I got the absolute lowest price around. And who knows, maybe I did. Regardless, it was a good experience and I would hire him again.

Very well, the two guys worked fast and were very efficient.

Kimbrough was very quick to respond and offered a very competitive price. They came right when they said they would come. Everyone was very professional and it is a good service.

Nice job by Kimbrough. Prompt phone response, clear scheduling, good communications to confirm. Showed up on time, after calling to confirm. Did the work, cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they were here. Courteous to my wife, professional in every way. We'll have Kimbrough back every year, and I gladly recommend them.

They came within the agreed upon time frame, they were friendly and informative. Completed the work requested in a timely manner.

They are just excellent!! There prices are competitive, they are personable, professional and I have used them for years!
