Since 2015, I have used this company to clean my gutters each fall. The first two years were great. I called November 2017 to schedule a cleaning and was told they would be out within 3 weeks. They never showed up. When I called them, they said there was too much snow and it will have to wait until spring. I called October 2018 and was told 3 weeks again. I called November 2018 and was promised they will be out "soon". Its now late January 2019 and we have 6 inches of snow and they never showed up.

The company is very easy to work with. Once we scheduled the job, they came out on time, cleaned up when done and overall, did exactly what we needed. Mr. Kimbrough came to collect his check and we were very impressed with how he presents himself. We would definitely use them again.

Great guys, very professional and on time. Great company!

I've been using his services yearly for at least 20 years and I hope to continue using them

I used him in the past, always satisfied with the work, the issue is getting them to return calls, and when you do set up a time, them not showing up at all. No call to let you know they are delayed or need to change the date, nothing. Sometimes it took 4-5 calls to get an appointment scheduled I stopped using them and went to another company for service

I had used Craig and his company for many years now, and I'm always satisfied with the work they do. I plan to have them apply the cleaner to my roof again in the spring, because last time time it was done, the black stain was totally removed and the roof looked great. I will highly recommend them.

I bought a Big Deal for $99 to have my gutters cleaned. This was a totally positive experience. Scheduling a time and date was fast and easy. They showed up when promised and did a wonderful job on my gutters. They cleaned up fantastically and everyone was not only professional - but wonderfully friendly. I'll never use anyone else.

The blow out the gutters and downspots by getting on the roof and using long hoses.

We have used this company several times. They are very professional and are prompt in their service. They did not try to sell us products or services we did not need. We thought it would be a good idea to get gutter guards to block leaves, but this professional told us that the cost is not worth it; the gutter guards need to be cleaned every one or two years anyway.

Previously, gutter cleaning went OK. We'd used their services in prior years with good results: very prompt and clean, although they frequently disregarded our instructions to put their ladder against the side of the house to avoid denting the gutters. Last year, despite repeated contacts, they never showed up as promised. Kimbrough later emailed us that they'd had some family difficulties and would clean our gutters when the winter ended, but they never followed through. We missed a year of cleaning our gutters due to their continued failed promises. I eventually tried to clean some of the gutters myself, but by then it was too cold and most were frozen. As a result of massive leaf buildup, our front gutter filled with ice and broke off, landing on and bruising my foot. We're sympathetic to family problems, but Kimbrough should have been upfront with us that they wouldn't be able to perform the service, and advised us to contact another provider. They also failed to follow up after the winter and we never heard from them again. Very unprofessional. We will never hire them again.

Always comes when expected and does the work asked for. Now I plan to call him to ask to have windows cleaned.

I have used this contractor for the last three years. He was never punctual, and did not pick up his check for weeks. I don't need to be home for gutter cleaning, have it done on a specific date, nor am I concerned he doesn't pick up his check on time. He does an excellent job for a good price. Last year he never showed up. I called twice after scheduling, and was told that there was a family issue, but that FOR SURE they would have me handled and quot;soonand quot;. I a tolerant with family issues, but he never showed up. After winter they never called to re-schedule. Family is important, but that is no way to run a business. Sorry, but people have a right to know who they are hiring

My parents have used Kimbrough for the last three years for their gutter cleaning and recommended them to us. Our home is larger in size (3700+ sq ft) so our quote was higher than average. We just purchased the home and the gutters were so clogged that water was penetrating into our basement. After discovering water in a second basement room, we halted our unpacking immediately and called Kimbrough. Craig and his team did a fantastic job and Craig was more than gracious with his time to walk me around the house and help us identify where the trouble spots were with our current gutter setup. All gutters were cleaned out, rinsed out, and then they cleaned the ground and blew off the any debris from the patio and cement. Craig and his team also tested all the downspouts after to ensure proper water flow. We can't thank Craig and his team enough for their work. We will be calling them again this fall to clean out the gutters again once all the leaves have fallen.

Gutters had not been cleaned in years and had covers that had to be lifted in order to clean. We asked them to also try to cut around a number of windows that had been painted shut by painters we had recently used. They did this and cleaned up all the debris from the yard before they left. We will be sure to call them again.

We used Mr. Kimbrough to clean our gutters the last several years. He is very thorough, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend!!!!

Said they'd be out to clean our gutters but never showed, never called and didn't return my call when I followed up.

We'd highly recommend Kimbrough and Co.! Owner Craig from Kimbrough and Co. came out to clean our gutters and did a FABULOUS JOB! They were very quick, thorough, professional, and very nice guys. They went above and beyond by cleaning nearby areas and SHOWED ME how well the water was flowing thru downspouts and beyond! VERY quick, great job! They cleaned up the gutter junk and were done in record time. Craig showed me the areas to watch where we're getting an accumulation between house and gutter. We'll stay with Kimbrough and Co. for all gutter and windows from now on! THEY WERE GREAT and $99 is very competitive! We'd highly recommend Kimbrough!

Just as promised Kimbrough company came out and cleaned my gutters.They did not leave any debris on the ground as other compnaies have in the past.I have one area of gutters that always seems to get plugged and I was reassured that they cleaned that connection well.The owner of the company even told me if I noticed any problem that I should give him a call and he would come back and make it right. They are Polite,Punctual and Professional and I will definately use them again in the future.

Kimbrough and Company has cleaned my gutters every fall for the last five years. They are punctual, always do a very good job and clean-up the debris. I will continue to use them yearly.

I called Kimbrough and Company up and got information from Angie's List. They didn't show up for 10 days. I called on a Tuesday previously and then I finally got tired and called them up again Thursday afternoon of the following week and a woman answered the phone who I think is their receptionist. She said that she was out of the office, so she's carrying a cell phone that is their office phone I'm guessing. She told me that she'll call me right back and never did. I called the following day and she said she forgot to call me back and then they're telling me the reason why they didn't get the work on my roof done was because it was wet and they were waiting for it to dry. I had no problem with that, but nobody called to tell me. I didn't know if anybody was going to do the job or anything so on that day I cancelled it. I got somebody else and they came the next day. It was absolutely ridiculous and now I'm very skeptical with Angie's List because of the one time I used it and this is what happened. Nobody called for 11 days and I had to ask them and they acted like nobody knew anything. What I experienced was not what I consider professionalism and I would never recommend these people because I don't won't other people to wonder like I did for 10 or 11 days if they are going to get service or not. I understand that it's a busy time of the year when a lot of leaves fall, but I gave them plenty of time and of course I'm upset.

I called to schedule a fall gutter cleaning, and was told that I would be placed on the list and a bill for $89 ( same as what they charged me last year) left at my door. About 6 weeks later its mid-December and my gutters are still full. Called again, am told that they’ve been busy, I am definitely on the list, a break in the weather is expected that week and they will take care of it. I emphasized my priority on getting it done before the snow comes. I asked them to please tell me if they would not be able to do the job, so that I may hire another company immediately. They reassure me that it will be done that week. The week goes by, job isn’t done. I call again, am told that it will be done soon, they have been busy. I insist on a better answer, and finally am promised a call back from Craig who does all the work. The lady on the phone calls back and tells me that Craig is on his way to my house now. Craig calls later in the afternoon; explains that he had been by my house earlier, determined that he could not do the job for $89. Allegedly he left a note somewhere around my mailbox. If I wanted the job done, it would have to be double ($180). I explained that this was very late in the season to do this to me; I would have to scramble to find another company and that he should honor his price, at least give me a discount, and do the work. He refused. Offered recommendations of other companies who would do my cleaning (why would I accept recommendations from someone I do not trust?) I had no choice and did not wish to argue, therefore accepted the revised quote. Job was done 2 days later. They have lost my business and I would suggest other Angie’s List members consider the following while dealing with them: Communication: Person who answers the phone has no idea of what the actual job status is. Failed to effectively communicate issues precluding successful job completion. Professionalism: Failed to honor original quoted price; did the job for twice what they originally asked for, once customer was in a desperate situation Customer Service: Dealt poorly with a clearly dissatisfied customer

Received a flyer that they would be in the neighborhood fo ra $89 special gutter cleaning. They called me a couple of time to schedule, once same day they were in the area, no problem, I did not have to be home, they performed the service and left an invoice in the mailbox for next day payment pickup. (put check under front mat), very quick and easy, gutters looked clean and secured to house, debris was cleaned up, will use them again

Although there was a delay in the service I was very impressed with the professional team which did the job.
