Follow up on previous review. Blanket called me about the service performed. They were very concerned and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my energy audit. Offered to come out again. Appreciated the follow up and would use again.

Both were very friendly and successfully showed us the results, and explained their recommendations. We placed the order for the improvements.

Blanket completed a whole home energy audit. Very useful information. It was tilted a bit toward insulating but he answered all questions patiently and provided a thorough report afterwards. I will likely use them to do the work later on.

I was impressed with how thorough this energy audit was -- especially the part where he hooked up a giant fan that pulled air out of the house and identified areas (e.g., around windows and ceiling lights) that were leaking air. Most of our problems showed up in the attic (too little insulation) and basement (too little insulation in rim joist). I learned lots.

Everything went as planned. Brian did a great job and explain to me every doubt I had.

It went well. They did a good job. I had no dislikes. They came out and did what they said they will do and I was very pleased with the analysis they did.

The work turned out fine. They gave a lot of detailed helpful information. They even gave an estimate on what they had suggested. They scheduled quickly for the service. He saw most of the things that I had noticed and he gave ideas on other areas.

Other insulation providers would have given such a quote at no cost. They sent an energy assessment which I found amazing. For the incredible price of $9,700, I could have additional insulation that would be expected to save our family $137.00 per year. Needless to say, we did not contract for the work.

The audit took approximately 3 hours. I knew I needed more attic insulation but had concerns about other areas (walls, windows, etc.). The rep proved that I needed more attic insulation and recessed lighting and ceiling fan covers but alleviated my fears about wall insulation. Windows were good also.

The technician, Greg, was professional and thorough. He explained every step of his audit to me as I followed him through my house. At the conclusion, he reviewed his findings with me and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to address all of his recommendations. I chose not to have the follow up work performed at this time. I trust this company and the representative they sent to me home.

He spent 3 hours preforming the audit. He was very thorough and I was pleased with his work. He was pleasant and personable as well.

The service was good. They were suppose to come on a certain time, but they didn't showed up. They were also suppose to send me a report but I didn't received any report yet. I don't know if I should call them again to remind them.

Although our house is very new, we still opted to perform the comprehensive energy test due to various different doubts and concerns we had regarding the heat losses. The technician arrived on time. He was very professional & was equipped with all the tools required to perform the test. He asked us all the concerns we had and what was the primary reason we purchased the test for. The test results helped us to focus on the area of concerns.

Went very well; I can certainly tell the difference in the amount of natural gas used to heat the house.

He was professional and friendly. We recieved good information on what may benefit our home.

The technician put a fan into a sealed front door and went trough the whole house to check for air infiltration and cold spots. He was honest and did not really find anything major. He gave me recommendation where to use some sealant to keep air out. It took about 2 hours to complete the work.

They had a coupon for a home energy audit on Angie's list for $59. Brian came yesterday and stayed for 3 hours. He scanned for cold spots with his infrared camera. It was a very cold day so when he did the blower test I was impressed by how much cold air was coming in the from the 28 (!) recessed lights in the ceiling and from the fireplace. Some of the windows that open out are not great. He spent some time in the attic. The older part of the house has plenty of insulation. The newer part could use more. Brian came right on the dot at 1 PM. I was impressed by his professionalism. Blanket Insulation seems to be mainly in the insulation business. Brian's quote for improviing the insulation seems reasonable. I expect to have about half of the things he listedin his quote done, but not all.

Tony and Erin were great in coordinating additional needs after the quote was set. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't want or need. They looked at the job and gave me options for service that worked within my budget. The also did an exceptional job expediting the service (with in a week of booking). Ethan and Rodney were extremely professional during install. When they needed a second opinion on something, they didn't hesitate to reach out to their supervisor for advice instead of pushing through the job and possibly making a mistake. They took a lot of pride in their craftsmanship and were very professional. I wish I could give these guys a better grade than A, you can't go wrong with these guys. They are the best!

They were good. There was an additional charge of $1,000 for additional insulation.

This was a very big job in a 1920's house. Crew of three were at it all day. They did a terrific job, completed all work promises and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Blanket Insulation.

My husband was very happy with this company. He was very pleased with the price, a few hundred dollars less than any other bid and they were prompt showing up at the house. They came in, did the job and were done in a timely manner. They were also very polite which always makes hiring a contractor much nicer. Thanks Guys.

I contracted with Blanket Insulation Co to install additional insulation in the attic over the bedrooms. I had an energy analysis done thru them as well, which pointed out heat loss thru the garage door, rear door, family room and the chimney. The energy analysis was $100, but well worth the expense. Blanket Insulation was very professional and courteous, and I would them high marks.

They blew cellulose insulation into 3 different sections of our attic. It is a 1941 bungalow, which is difficult to insulate. Greg was extremely helpful in figuring out what we should do. We planned to have the walls insulated as well. When they tried it they found that that there was a cardboard barrier in the wall cavities. Who knows what they were thinking in 1941! We were advised that it was not worth our money to proceed on that expensive part of the job. Greatly appreciated.
