Update of my 12/18/12 review. My previous review was incorrect, Ameri-Alarm was not bought by Guardian. However, they did help my back then and my buddy who uses them is very happy with their service.
Description of Work: Troubleshoot existing system installed by a competitor.

Existing equipment stopped performing the way it was designed. The Ameri-Alarm salesman visited twice to troubleshoot the problem and later called with the instructions on how to resolve the problem. His instructions worked. I am hoping that the larger Guardian company will provide the same level of personal service that the smaller Ameri-Alarm company did.
Description of Work: Ameri-Alarm has been bought out by Guardian Alarm. The salesmen helped me resolve problems with equipment previously purchased without charge.
