Out of a possible 5 stars I give these guys about a 7. They went around and did a bunch of great things I wasn't expecting like swipe off the dirty cobwebs off the third level under the guttering (walk out at back) that nothing could reach, cleaned the cobwebs out of the overhang by the front door that had been there since forever. They got rid of the bats and mice (didn't know I HAD mice, yuck!), I had called them for the help with the bats. They filled up every crevice bigger than a quarter inch to keep out critters, including roof returns and where the siding juts out at the corners (look at your own, unless your builder or you has been VERY CLEVER that area is open to critters coming in like an invite to a B&B!) They wore shoe covers, they vacuumed after themselves, they were quiet, they knocked before entering the property; in short, I don't think anyone could find fault with their performance of their duties. My critters are definitely gone and the extra service made me glad I called them.

Did an excellent job

I was completely satisfied but thought it pricey. However, I had no other company's prices to compare it to. We had squirrels in our attic that are no longer there, thanks to their expertise.

We had a problem with something tearing up our lawn. They set out traps, and when they did not immediately catch critters, came back and moved them and added traps and fencing, which worked. In a few days, they caught 3 possums and 2 rabbits, and the problem has not re-occurred. As we have a forest behind our house, I am sure we will be using their services in the future.

We gave up on our previous spider/insect control company out of Howell because of poor customer service. Their bug treatments worked, but it was always a challenge scheduling visits. Buck returned our call promptly and we were very impressed with his work; it was much more thorough. We immediately hired him for some sealing work around our home to prevent additional spiders and bugs, plus he and his team sealed up some areas where chipmunks were nesting. Once again, we were very happy with the work and it was done promptly and exactly as quoted. We highly recommend Wingman Pest Control and are thrilled to find a contractor that is very knowledgeable and delivers on time and on budget.

I had no comparison price when I posted my review, but the service they have provided me is great (still ongoing). I would absolutely hire them again.

Buck is a great guy! He tackled our yellow jackets and they were not happy. He came back the next day to make sure they were gone. Makes sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend him!

Buck showed up on time and ready to tackle the problem. I had a very large active yellow jacket nest in a difficult area in my home. He thought through his approach to the problem and dove right in. Very impressive ambition and execution on tackling a major problem while ensuring we didn't let hundreds of stinging pests loose in our home. Will definitely call them again if the need arises.
