When looking for a modular home dealer in the Central Michigan area, we visited almost every dealer within 100 miles of our building site - to ask them questions, to get prices, and evaluate their responsiveness to our concerns. In most of the cases, we often left these companies feeling uneasy or unsure if we wanted to trust them with our building concerns and most of all ....with our money. We found that they are real professionals at what they do - but still down to earth people that truly do care about your concerns and questions. Building a home is a complex and confusing undertaking, but so far, the folks at Integrity Homes have been there every step of the way to answer our questions and send us information. If they don't know the answer, then they don't hesitate to say so, but will instead contact a factory representative to get you the information you request. Some sales reps are pushy and don't really want to work with you unless you're ready to sign on the dotted line and move on something right away. You will find that Integrity Homes IS NOT like that.
