He showed up on time to install the fan, but it couldn't be done; it was just too large to go in the spot. He called a friend in construction who also came out a second time, but it didn't work. Bobby was great to work with and he didn't charge for the effort. He is friendly and easy going. I would recommend BJ Electric and Design to anyone, and I will use them for future electrical work. Bobby came to the house to assess the job and provided a quote for the work. We scheduled the appointment and Bobby came on time and completed the work as promised. He cleaned up after his work. After he installed the first couple of lights, we did not like the color of the lights (they were too bright white (bluish). He wanted us to be happy, so he went back to his supplier and replaced the pot lights with a warmer color - at no extra charge. His cost was even $100 less than the estimate. We would recommend Bobby and will use him again for our electrical needs.

I called Bobby on Saturday early afternoon. He first tried to help me over the phone. Which was very good as most people wont do that. He was willing to come over to our place on Saturday afternoon, fixed the issue very quickly. His charges for a weekend servies were not unreasonable. He took time to explain the problem and was able to resolve it very quickly.

He was a very, very nice man. He came as soon as he could get here. In fact he was on vacation and he came from the campground to help me. He was great. He was a little bit late but he was on vacation. I would definitely use him again.
