He came immediately! I couldn’t believe how quickly he came out and took care of the issue. The first furnace was a small problem, but he looked at a second furnace for me which needed a bigger repair. He went to the store to get the necessary part for me, and he replaced the filter. He did a great job overall!

Ari was very patient with our questions about a (newly acquired) very old heater. He really took time to explain what to look out for in the meantime until we can get the the system upgraded.

Had an appointment, but when they didn't show 45 minutes after the appointment time I called. I was told that my appointment was for the end of the day and they would be here after 5:00 pm. I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up approximately 45 minutes later. Work was completed very satisfactorily. Techs did not leave until they cleaned up and made sure my furnace was operating properly

They scheduled a day ago and were supposed to come out today but there was no call and no one came. It was a waste of my Saturday. Then I finally got a call back and the lady said that she didn't know where the guy was either. Bad communication.

Ari showed up promptly and was very polite. He cleaned and inspected the furnace and even found and corrected some issues that the original installer did incorrectly. He checked our thermostat and made sure the entire system was running efficiently. Very happy with Eller Services and would do business with them in the future.

Tech arrived as scheduled and cleaned furnace. Ari was very courteous and professional.

I wanted to write a review for Eller Services to let everyone know what an outstanding job they did for my family by replacing my old broken down furnace that was not operational with a beautiful new Trane XR80 furnace for $1,899.00. The whole process was completed from order to installation within 48 hours. The admin person Sherri was knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient and, are you ready for this....Ari and Russell came at 8:30 p.m. at night after a full day's work to install my new furnace due to the current Arctic Blast of cold weather we are experiencing. Eller Services did not want my family to go without heat so they went above and beyond the call of duty to come over and get us up and running. You really never know what an impact heat can make until you don't have it. It was so cold we slept downstairs with our little Duraflame heater. Without having to ask Eller Services pushed up our installation and our great salesperson Ari (with a service tech background) said he would personally come over and help install the new furnace to help us out. Ari was polite, professional, and fast. I am truly grateful to Eller Services and Sherri, Ari, and Russell for the Super Service they provided to us on this sale. Guy that came out seemed very young and inexperienced. Very nice but didnt seem to know what he was doing. Wasnt even familiar with the Big Deal I had purchased. The price seemed a bit high. Guy was oviously new, although I assume the company does good work overall.

The service window was from 3-5pm and the provider showed up at 3:10 after calling ahead. Assessed the problem, gave me a good explanation of the repairs needed, gave me an estimate, performed the repairs, gave a good explanation of the repairs that were provided and was out the door by 4:00. He even took the time to chat with my 4-year-old who had lots of questions and comments! Very pleased with the work and the experience. Would definitely use again.

They are great people! They let us know what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done, which was refreshing. We have worked with plumbers and heating guys and feel very comfortable working with them.

I would highly recommend them. They are very professional. They way the explained their sales and everything was exactly the way the employees carried it out. They were the highest priced company, but they also covered all my conditions and all my concerns too. What they did is what they charged for and they were so professional, so I didn't mind paying the additional money for their price. They blew me away and they did actually wonderful.

Overall it was a decent experience. It was the middle of winter when we discovered a leak with our old boiler. The repair man came out and said it was leaking carbon monoxide. He recommended a new system since ours was so old. The one downside was that they had to order a special part halfway through the install and it took a week to get it (and a week of no heat in the dead of winter) ...but they were kind about it and gave us a discount for the trouble.

Eller Services installed a furnace and air conditioner in my home. From the sales person to the installation technician, every person my husband and I met was professional, courteous and hard working. Their prices are very competitive and the services are very good. We requested and received several offers for the work we needed done. In the end we chose Eller Services for the value that we received for our money.

I think the price is a little higher because they charge by the job, not by the hour. I haven't had anyone else out, so I don't know for sure if they are more expensive than other plumbers. I feel confident with them and we've had them for a long time. You can feel when the people you are working with have common values by the language that they use and their demeanor, and that's what I felt when they were here. When they come in, they do it right the first time.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY PROMPT. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS THOROUGHLY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH EVERYTHING SO I CAN'T COMPLAIN.
