Rande's Water Softener Service

This man is the most unprofessional, dishonest person I have ever dealt with... He charged us for work he did not perform and turned off the water to our ice maker, because he said we did not need it.. So we have a none functioning ice maker and a drinking water TDS of 165 after he said he changed the filters, It’s suppose to be 10. He’s horrible. I’m fighting cancer right now and certainly don’t need any of this right now.

I couldn't be more satisfied Rande kept me informed throughout the installation and sat a few minutes after discussing the softener.

Did not go well..

I needed someone to check my water softener as it seemed it was not doing its job. Rande promptly returned my call and made arrangements to come out in a couple of days to fit my schedule. He noticed first thing that a shut-off valve was turned the wrong way so no water was going through the softener. He instructed me as to how the system works, how to reset the time, what a certain push button was designed to do, and the correct pellets to use in my softener. He was very pleasant and professional. I thought his bill was very reasonable. He could have noticed the incorrect valve and said that I needed a new softener , and I would not have known the difference. I will definitely contact him in the future if I have further problems with a softener. It's sure nice to have dependable and trustworthy service people one can count on when needed!

A neighbor referred him to us. The price includes sales tax and everything. He was less than half of one of the commercial well-known companies for the exact same product. He was very upfront and honest. I felt very comfortable with him. He fit me into the schedule quickly and I didn't have to wait long for the install. He was neat and tidy with his work. He had to do some drilling through the sink and that was clean. He cleaned up after himself in the basement. He turned off all the lights and cleaned up after himself. He was in and out. He explained what he was doing and he was really easy to work with. We would absolutely use him again. He gave us his cell phone number and said to call anytime day or night if we had any problems so he could come out and fix it.
