 + -1 moreVery poor, took the money and left the job half done. Blamed us for the job being bigger than he anticipated. Isn't that his job to figure out? I asked several times if I should get one of the bigger companies to work on some of the stuff. He kept saying he could do it, but wanted us to wait ??????????? for it to get done. This was after I told him in the beginning that once he started our work I wanted him to stay on site until it was done. He did not do that. I told him I wanted Azac material he used real wood. He over charged and did not do the work promised. Promised two times to get me a detailed break out of cost. Never showed up.
Description of Work: Provider finished half of the work requested. He then requested pay and extra. He never came back for three weeks and did not return phone calls. When he did call he promised, again, to give a detailed accounting of how the price was arrived at, he never showed up, and we have not heard from him since. This is a condominium complex so we had opportunity to offer him varied work from very small to roofs. He blamed us for the work being more than he anticipated and he would "be back" sometimes to finish the work. We chose to fire him. The prices he gave residents for individual work were double that of anyone I've ever heard of. He is very plesant, and seems honest. But then, most crooks do.
