It was a great experience Dylan was our tech he came out on Sunday and we needed a torsion bar and he didn’t have one for our door, he made some call back nobody had one we made arrangements for him to return Monday first thing Monday Dylan was back installed the door. Very professional and knowledgeable

The job went well. There did not appear to be any problems with the installation of the garage door. When the job was complete, the installer went through all the details for the proper maintenance and use of the garage door.

I could see that the sensors were not lined up correctly with the way they were installed. When I pointed that out to the technition he would not make the needed adjustment. The price charged was outrageous. I got completly ripped off. The instruction booklet for the model that I purchased is completely usless.

Great! Justin L checked both sensors and determined the were bad. Replaced both very quickly and my garage door is back in service. Awesome job!

When Steve looked at the door he indicated that it was old and most of the parts were worn out. He suggested a complete overhaul and gave me a price for the overhaul. It was more than I expected but I knew that it needed to be done. It was a long overdue. Steve did an outstanding job. He had the whole thing done in about 1 hour & 15 minutes. Thanks again Steve for a great job. I do feel more comfortable about reliability for the door now.

Recommend this company. They have been servicing my garage door for over 10 years. This time, I needed to replace the door. The installation was quick and the technician provided instruction on how to lubricate and maintain the door. Scheduling of the installation was changed by me several times and the company worked closely with me to meet my needs.

The company provided a lot of notice of my upcoming appointment and the technician called when he was on the way. I even got am automated text from the company with the technicians name and photo! Once here, he completed a thorough check of my garage door system and walked me through everything he found, explaining things as he showed me. He provided me three options with quotes for each and never pressured me to pick one option over the other. His repair was done quickly and paying with a credit card was simple. I recommend this company 100%

Very well. The electric eyes were solidified so that they would stay in line more easily. a stronger bracket was put on the door itself where it connects to the opener. Instructions received on how and where to lubricate joints.

Technician Jason was prompt, courteous, explained what needed to be done and why. He gave me options and explained what those options covered as well as the warranties. Jason was professional, friendly, made certain I understood what was being done and offered information as to what might be needed to be repaired in the next few years. I would definitely recommend and plan to replace the motor and remote in the near future. PRECISION DOOR SERVICE will be my company of choice.

He called me back rven after he left and I was still struggling with one manuveur and walked me Through it again. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need but gave me a transparent assessment of what to anticipate down the line with an old garage door and system.
