I called Precision garage door to get a quote for a new garage door and they were at my home in no time at all. Jeff went over all of my options with me and never pressured me or tried to rush my decision. He was fair and honest. We decided to go for an insulated door. Steven Franklin was out within the week to do our installation. He was done in a couple of hours and then he took the time to show us how to maintain the door. I can’t believe the difference in the look and feel of our garage!

The professionalism by both the company and Josh, my garage door tech, was absolutely best in class. My garage door is close to 30 years old and is officially toast. The problems with the old door were identified and explained to me in great detail. I never once thought I was being sold on anything I didn’t need. My new garage door will be installed in a few weeks. Nothing but 5 stars for my review.

The tech Steve who came out to replace my garage door was awesome! He was very courteous and very professional! He did a great job and explained a lot of things about the workings of the door and how to maintain it! Would recommend them to everyone!

Technician Steve Wells was excellent. Arrived early and notified me that he was on his way. Addressed my issues and explained some concerns with my door system but was not attempting to make a sale. I ended up having additional preventative work done that clearly needed to be addressed. Extremely professional service and finished the overhaul in a very timely manner. Great experience especially considering I woke up to a broken door on a Saturday morning and it was repaired by 1:10pm same day.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent from start to finish. Brad Rambo came to my home Feb 1 to discuss a new door. He is a very nice professional person. Cesar Velasquez came out 3 weeks later to install. Also a very nice professional person. He arrived on time, did his job, cleaned up and was finished in about 3 hours. I am very impressed with each person I have dealt with. I would definitely recommend this company.

The motor on the door opening went out and the door would not close. They checked for a new motor and found one for us. Because of the age of our unit we decided to install a new unit. The Tech, Brad Rambo was very thorough and explained all the functional issues with our broken garage door opener. He quickly replaced the unit and drive and it’s functioning great. Four stars because it was a little pricey.

Chris was on time, was very friendly and professional. No issues. He helped program the wall mounted controller and showed me how to spray the hinges. He answered all my questions. All good.

Precision Garage Door always does a great job. Today’s technician, Dalton Rhodes, did not disappoint. Earlier in the year he did a fantastic job rebuilding my garage door with new springs, new rollers and new cables. His attention to detail and work ethic is commendable. Plus he’s a nice guy. Today he “only” put a new seal on the bottom of my garage door, but he didn’t rush the job and made sure it was installed perfectly. Thank you Dalton.
