Description of Work: I called to see if they would be able to replace the cable if I purchased the big deal, I was told yes but when the tech got there he said the damage was beyond the scope of work for what the big deal would cover. The tech told us we could get our money back from Angie's list because the big deal would not cover the cost of repair.
