Called for some advice on an ongoing issue that we've been having. On the phone, they were actually very helpful...set up an appointment the next day to have someone come out and have a look... at the agreed upon time no one showed up... waited three more hours... no call or email, nothing. After calling them to find out if anyone was coming, I finally got a callback several hours later asking if they could some the next day, sorry, already took a half-day waiting the first time around... A complete waste of my time.
Description of Work: called for a consultation of an ongoing issue.
