Rep called me s soon as I finished typing my preference. Set up and appointment the following week for an estimate. The tech showed up on time. Charged me $50 but was told it will be credited toward the service charge once hired. The actual work took two days to complete with I wasn't expected nor told beforehand. There was a little miscommunication issue, too. Overall I'm satisfied with the results and would reccommend this company to anyone needing work done around the house.

Dale who came to the house was very good and Ruth in the office is probably the nicest person on the planet!

Mike (the person actually doing the work) was professional, polite and did an excellent job. Mike (The company owner) stopped by to check on the status of his workman and he was very polite and easy to talk to. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction my only negative was the cost was very high relative to the task that was completed.

He was fast, efficient, on task, and did a great job. It was a job we couldn't do ourselves, and he made it happen without a difficulty - which is one reason why - he's the man!
