Fine. He was there maybe an hour, perhaps less, and was very nice giving me advice about other plumbing issues I was thinking of tackling, particularly replacing the sink in my half bathroom with a pedestal sink.

The job went well from start to finish. Definitely recommended. Not only did they run the gas line, they also hooked up the washer and dryer for us. This extra service was not expected, but very much appreciated. We will definitely use them again for our future plumbing needs.

Plumber showed up on time. I showed him the water stains in the ceiling of the first floor and he started from there. My house does not have access to the back of the shower/tub in the bathroom so he had to make some holes in the drywall but he tried to keep them at a minimum. Eventually he discovered the source of the leak, which was only when the shower was on. At this point he informed me that since the plumbing was PEX that he did not have the proper tools to fix the issue and that they would have to send one of their PEX expert guys to fix the job, unfortunately none were available until the following Monday. This was fine since it is my guest bathroom and I had no guests, it was a little annoying since that meant getting another morning off from work but in the end it was fine. The following Monday the second plumber called me early in the morning to tell me he was on his way. When he got home he knew exactly what needed to be done since he had discussed the issue with the first plumber. He was very professional got to work immediately and was done in about 20 minutes. Overall it was a great experience and I would hire them again.

We had Mitch the Plumber come out for an estimate, they were timely, courteous and gave a good price. We actually told them we needed a new water heater, and they checked it out and said we didn't need one (which we appreciated, since they saved us money for now.) They made an appointment with us to do the work about a week after they came out for the estimate. They were punctual for the appointment and always professional. A sump pump outside the house we just purchased appeared old and we weren't sure how well it worked or if we needed it to work. They went down the very scary hole, replaced everything, and it has been working well since. We have had no water in the basement. They also ran a gas line for a gas dryer, where an electric dryer current stands. We assume it works, but we are still using the electric dryer until it no longer works. They also removed gas line in a fireplace that we were converting back to woodburning, and we had one fire to check it out, and it worked well. Would highly recommend this company to others, and we will use them again, whenever the waterheater really does need replacing.

I called in the morning and gave my information. The plumber called a few hours later and we set an appointment time for that afternoon. He came right on time and fixed everything within an hour. They professional, prompt, courteous and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I made an appointment with Mitch for the next day. He arrived early (called first) and had the disposal replaced in, I think, about 20 minutes. We talked about possibly replacing a toilet to accommodate my disabilities. I called in a few days to say we wanted the toilet. He came out the next day and installed the toilet with little fuss or bother. Everything went smoothly with both projects. Mitch knows what he's doing and he gets it done.

Excellent, they came on short notice, and did a very thorough and robust job fixing the leak.

They know what they are doing. I have always been happy with the results that is why that they who I would call first for any plumbing issues. They are very nice and they tend to be very reasonable. I will continue to use them again in the future.

They were terrific. They were really responsive. Whatever he said it was going to cost is what it did cost. The guy showed up on time. I realized I was late and I was racing him home. He was already sitting in my driveway and didn't charge me a penny extra for having to sit and wait for me. He came out and looked around and told me exactly what he thought I could do myself, which I liked. I had faucets that I wanted put in and he said to go back and get different faucets for a few dollars more. He said that I would be much happier because he wouldn't have to come back in a few years to replace the brand that I had. I have been thrilled with the brand that he told me to get. He helped save costs and that was good. I have recommended him to friends.

Mitch was responsive, punctual, and able to do a better job (less damage to our front yard, didn't break the sidewalk) for much less than all of the competing quotes. After getting the requisite permits beforehand, he arrived with his team on time. The team finished the job in one day, digging down more than 8 or 9 feet in our front yard and the easement area. They threaded the pipe through to our basement, thus avoiding tearing a hole in our basement wall (quoted by one contractor). They also threaded it under the sidewalk, thus avoiding breaking (and later re-laying) the sidewalk. They avoided damage to our driveway and excessive damage to our lawn and garden areas too. He also updated the sewer trap since it was in the same area as the broken pipe. I can't speak highly enough of Mitch's work, especially when compared to the competing quotes and responsiveness of other contractors.

Just fine. The plumber came on time, got right to work, let me know what the problem was, and cleaned it right up. No problems. Very professional!

Plumber came out day and time agreed upon. He was right on time. He checked faucet and noticed a washer needed replacing on the piping inside the home, but that the faucet was otherwise fine. I had him check another faucet which indeed needed replacing. He replaced that faucet and tightened up the connection inside the house. I will definitely call this company anytime I need a plumberf.

Cam and got new sump pump in following flood, then replaced hot water heater a few days later after things had dried out. Came on time, did work relatively quickly.

The guy from Mitch's installed the toilet (which is an unusual model) but complained about it the whole time, installed the toilet so that it was not flush to the wall, and left the bathroom dirty. We had two more toilets of the same kind to install but chose to give the work to someone else.

Excellent. Arrived fifteen minutes ahead of schedule, helper began work immediately, Mike was on scene with the new water heater within ten minutes. Completed the job in a bit more than an hour, including cleanup. Price was exactly what was quoted.

I called on a Friday morning regarding an issue with our leaky shower. The individual I spoke with took all of my contact information and said that he would call back after completing his current job to schedule an appointment for Monday. He never returned my call. This is the second time something like this has happened to me with an Ann Arbor area-plumber. While I understand that information may get lost and people forget things at times, this was a frustrating experience. In my humble opinion, if a company is well-run and really wants your business, you should not have to call them repeatedly to get an appointment scheduled.

On time, quality work and advised not to try to force handles when turning water off (turn off the water gently). Said many people make that mistake and it causes handles to go bad, quickly.
