Bob was punctual and friendly. In addition to snaking the drain, he talked to me about drain care. Bob noticed other kitchen plumbing issues, discussed pros and cons of solutions, and left me with sufficient information to make an decision. Bob was neat and cleaned up the work area well .

We went to give my Daughter a bath before bed and found that we had no hot water, so I called checked Angie's List and called Mitch that night at around 6:30 PM. I believe an answering service picked up and took my message, but he called back 15 min later and we scheduled him to come out the next morning at 8:30 AM. At 7:30 AM the doorbell rings (an hour early! woohoo!) and one of his plumbers is ready to take a look at the situation and to put the plan of action in place. The master plumber dispatches another younger guy to come out and start taking out the water heater while he has to go tend to an inspection, and this younger guy is at my house by 8:30 and got right to work prepping things for when the master plumber got back. By Noon I took a hot shower! I am highly satisfied with everything about how this went. Not having a hot water and as well as wet basement are no fun to deal with, but having the entire thing wrapped up in such a timely and professional manner was fantastic. The team took care to not damage my home while lugging a 400lb water heater up my basement stairs, and they were all friendly and professional. I would be happy to use Mitch again in the future, and would recommend him to friends and family.

I called this morning and he responded right away and came out today. He did not make a mess. A job well done. I would recommend Mitch the Plumber to everyone. I will no longer use my go-to plumber as Mitch is now the one I will call.

Great! - fixed immediate problem & had time to check out other concerns. Here for about 45 minutes. Was careful to not damage anything or leave a mess. Answered all my questions and took time to write things down for me when making recommendations. As an elderly women I sometimes feel disregarded by repairmen but this plumber (Bob) seemed to understand my non-technical descriptions, checked things out, solved the problems, and explained what was going on in ways that made sense. I plan to have work done on laundry room plumbing next spring and will definitely call Mitch the Plumber because this experience was so positive.

Excellent. I messaged him through Angie's list on Tuesday afternoon, he wrote back Wednesday morning and asked that I give him a call after 10 am. I called a few minutes after 10 and he was able to schedule me for service that afternoon at noon. He was a little late (didn't come until 2pm, but who is ever on time?), but was very efficient when he arrived, friendly, and professional. He explained everything to me and quickly accepted my $30 off coupon for going through Angie's list. I would definitely use them again!

He was clean cut, friendly, and worked very quickly. I was surprised it didn't cost an arm and a leg, the price was very fair. He took care of everything just how he said he was. He was a little late, but traffic is bad out here in the morning.

The quality of work was good for both softner replacement and sink replacement was good..Professional work.

I used this company for many years, but recently they have become VERY unreliable. Multiple calls in order to even try to set up an appointment! I'm back on Angie's List to find a new contractor. When they finally come to the house they do a good job, but I can't handle chasing someone to try to give them business.

I called Mitch on a Sunday, figuring I'd leave a message. He picked up, and we arranged to talk later that day. When we did, he asked that I describe what was up, and then said he could have someone out the following morning at 8. Chris did indeed arrive promptly at 8 the following morning, and inspected our failed water heater. He called Mitch, and they determined we'd need a new one, which Chris?a great guy?installed that same day. An all-around excellent experience, with my many questions and concerns discussed/addressed openly.

My Moen kitchen faucet had worked loose. Plumber (Terry) was available the following day. He tightened the connection to the sink and advised me that it was stiffer to operate than it should be. He asked where I had bought the faucet, and when I said Lowe's, he told me that big box stores (Lowe's, Walmart, etc.) usually negotiate with companies to buy cheaper versions of products and that I should buy plumbing supplies from professional plumbing outlets. He also said that Moen products have lifetime warranties, and he called them to request replacement parts to make the faucet work properly. After the parts arrived, he returned and installed them. Charges for the first visit were $69 for the service call, plus $30 for 1/4 hour labor, minus $30 for mentioning Angie;s list. Charges for the second visit were $60 for 1/2 hour labor minus $30 for mentioning the list. Total for the 2 visits was thus $99. Mitch has 2 phone numbers. One is an answering service, the other his cell phone. The answering service isn't very reliable, so be prepared to call both numbers. Terry was very prompt bot times. Overall, I am very pleased with the work and will recommend Mitch to any and all.

They've always been responsive and often work in teams of two, which I really like. Even when one repair didn't go as expected they continue to follow-up and see things through to completion. Compared to other plumbers, they're clean and courteous.

Mitch was easy to contact and scheduling was fast. He was on time and did the job efficiently and very well. He gave a reasonable estimate over the phone but charged less after the job was completed. Honest, personable, professional. Will definitely use his services again and again.

The quoting meeting as well as the service date times were met punctually. I wasn't quite sure how long it would take but a crew of four showed up at 8 am and both the softener and the water heater were replaced and functioning by 11:30 am. Later that evening, I did notice a small leak in one of the connection lines on the softener that was causing a small amount of water to collect near the softener. It only leaked during the regeneration cycle (which was completed by that point), so I called Mitch and we agreed it would be fine to get a guy out the following day to fix it, which he did. Mistakes are fine with me provided they get fixed, and he did that promptly. He had already gotten paid and cashed the check for the job but didn't hesitate to get someone out to fix the leak. I was very happy with the service, the hardware advice, and the overall professionalism.

I asked for an estimate. I got a bid instead. A big plus: He was the only person who addressed the flower bed in the path of the project. A big minus: some people at the building department were still quite irritated over a previous issue with him and took it out on me when I called for information. He does not share information well in person, on the phone, or in writing. When I asked questions, I got the sense that I was annoying him. He was clear about the fact that he might have to dig a trench, but he would try this other method first. He was also clear about the price not going up if he had to dig a trench. I was misled about who was taking the gamble; I got no price break whatsoever despite the fact that it took less than half a day to get it done. On the other hand, he did get it done with just two holes. They placed all the fill on a tarp and filled the holes when they were done, so it was left reasonably tidy. I had dug up the plants and put them aside just in case, so all I had to do was replant the flowerbed and reseed a patch of lawn.

I was planning on doing the work myself, but at the last minute changed my mind and called 4 shops for same-day assistance. Mitch the Plumber was the only shop who could come to my house that day (a Friday). Showed up on time and did a wonderful job for a fair price.

They installed a new electric water heater on an emergency basis, as we were heading out of town for an extended time. They came promptly and installed quickly.

People from "Mitch the plumber" were very responsive and professional. Kevin and Bob came quickly and replaced all stops in plumbing fixtures. However, they saw problems with poor quality faucets bought on-line through Home Depot (FaucetDirect.com) and advised us to send them back to Build.com Inc (it was easy and free via UPS) and buy better quality faucets. The new faucets came in a week and Bob quickly installed them together with sinks. They also did some extras by fixing some plumbing licks. I was very glad that we decided to hire these highly professional plumbers. They were also very nice and trustful persons. We really enjoyed to communicate with them.

I had a major leak in an outside sprinkler, and I mistakenly turned off the water to redress this problem -- so I had no water in the house. I called Mitch's plumbing and Kevin showed up within 2 hours. He addressed the problem within 15 minutes, so the sprinkler system was properly drained and I had water in the house. What was so helpful was that he gave me all the information I needed to understand the exact issues and decide for myself what to do about it. He also made sure I was aware that my complex should have separate water meters for residential use vs. a sprinkler system that's for the treatment of sewage (which should be paid for by the city). The total cost would have been a service call fee of $45 and $30 for every 15 minutes; I used the Angie's list coupon. The only suggestion for improvement is that the contact person at the office was not very informative or helpful. I've called before for another issue, and both times, this person just took down my number and ended the call. I wish she could have taken a second to give me a rough idea of how they work (for example, the service fee) or what to expect -- when I might be able to expect a call or how busy people were that day. I wouldn't know the first thing about how to coordinate communication for a same-day service, but I thought I'd mention it. Kevin was so awesome though that I still want to give their "professionalism" an A.

Terry could not get shower handles removed as the screw was corroded. Nothing was done at service call. I received two estimates to replace complete kit at a later date ($220 in addition = $295 in total) or if the work was more difficult $400 - $475 (New 3 valve, sauter and labor). This can only be told once the work has started. Based on this very high estimate, I called another plumber. He got the screw removed with a screw extractor, replace all stem valves and was charged $170 for everything. Everything was done in 1 1/2 hrs. Will not use them again.
