Description of Work: Installed new kitchen sink, faucet, and drinking water spigot provided by the owner. The work was done in a reasonable length of time and the items were installed correctly. The main reason I wouldn't have them come back is I didn't care for the unsolicited, negative comments from the plumber they sent regarding our choice of components being installed. For example, the question "where did you get this faucet? Was it on closeout at Costco?" was sort of insulting and unprofessional. He also made some disparaging comments regarding the workmanship of how our filtered drinking water system was installed, as well as lecturing me about the way I was maintaining my drinking water filters. I realize the guy may have just been having a bad day but it doesn't matter. He is representing his company and should be more professional in the way he interacts with customers. I also realize he's only one plumber they employ. But, if this is an indication of the way Mitch selects and trains his people, I have no desire to try them again.
