I hired Irish Mist USA on 5/28/20 to clean the vents, they did the work, but the air would not come on, so they tried to get it to come on and could not, I was told I need to hire somebody else, If the problem was our fault we will pay for that, the tech came out told me they wired thermostat wrong, they fixed the problem, now when I called the office they just blow me off

The job was completed within a reasonable time. He did a great job.

The service man was very kind. As he worked he answered all of my questions explaining how the different processes worked from start to finish. When he was done we walked through making sure I was satisfied with his service and that I was satisfied with the job. I will call on them again and recommend them to everyone.

The technician was courteous and efficient. However, they showed up later than expected, which created a conflict with the workday. The work was completed well, though there was a small amount of a mess when they were done. Also, the price was much higher than expected.

I thought the price was high for the time he spent here. We had a lot of vents and that added to our cost but it shouldn't have. He was only here 1 1/2 hours. The $199 should have covered 1 1/2 hours worth of work.

The technicians were polite invest and took all of the appropriate precautions for Covid which I appreciated.

He arrived on time, helped with moving furniture. Quick within an hour. Carpets were not soaked with excessive water. They look great!

This is the 2nd time I've used Irish Mist for rentals. Both times they were very efficient and did high quality work. I felt the price was a little higher than others.

Had an issue the first time they came out. They came back out a second time to correct the problem.

Nice fellow. Furnace cleaning was extra charge, thought that was part of it but I decided to pay extra for that. G/S fee was a surprise fee, didn't see it on quote. Ducts are super clean now! It really made a difference in our home.

The tech never took pictures of before only after so I did not know the how much dust and dirt were in the duct work before he started. When he took the air hose to blow out all heating and cooling vents there was blow back at each vent. He left all that debris on the floor and even on some of my beds where the cold air returns were. He should of vacuum up after he was done. If you recommend them as # 1 I sure would not hire your #2 pick
