The technician was prompt, friendly and above and beyond helpful. Quality work was finished fast and efficiently! I highly recommend them.

The technician was on time and polite. I was surprised to see that he had cut holes in the duct work. We had cleaning done about 10 years ago and they did not cut any holes. But the holes appear to be neatly and professionally covered. He may have saved me a LOT of money. He showed me where my return air system was inexplicably open in the basement basically taking air from the basement instead of from the return registers in the hall upstairs, near the ceiling. This may be why my utility bills have been so high. I still have to check this out with the contractor who installed the system. If so, I'll change the rating to 5.5 stars.

These guys take the time to explain everything to you step by step. They are honest about what can be done and will not take/waste your money if the project cannot be accomplished because of duct work design or access issues.
