Tim took care of us in a timely manner even after not initially being able to do the job due to us not disclosing that our system utilized our crawlspace. He was efficient and helped us to understand our options.

Tim did a great job diagnosing the problem with my dryer vent, then worked persistently to clear clogs that the old homeowners had let accumulate for 15 years. He explained my system to me and patiently answered all of my questions. He even worked to clean up the mess that was made in the process! The price was affordable, and I will definitely call Irish Mist again for my duct work needs.

My compressor worked fine prior to the cleaning of the vents. It did not work afterwards I was assured it would be fixed. I had to call another company to come fix it Irish mist would not cover the bill after they said they would. I had to go to an online Arbitrator. It took months to resolve and of the $300 I was owed I received $80. During the arbitration the owner was rude, condescending, and demeaning. My experience with this company was a nightmare.
