Description of Work: This company came out to my home stating that various things were wrong and that I needed various repairs. Other companies had previously come out and none stated the other needed repairs. The person who came out was nice but didn't appear to stay long enough to get the job done. I called the company to voice my concerns and was given the run around. I am presently experiencing chimney smells in my home, which I previously didn't have. I will never use them again.

Description of Work: This company was the best. I asked for a fireplace and gas line to be installed before Christmas and they did everything they could to provide us what we wanted and we had it installed and were able to enjoy our new fireplace with our family.

Description of Work: Kudos to Jimmy! Extremely professional young man and very knowledgeable regarding the work he performed for me. Maintenanced damper so that i could operate it, cleaned all aspects of fireplace, logs, walls, etc. I am so pleased with the work he did that I am having him replace old gas log system with new fire glass system with remote control! Thank you Jimmy for an excellent job and wonderful experience!

Description of Work: The tech was very kind, and knowledgeable about cleaning gas fireplaces. I appreciated the fact that he came with a durable quilt/blanket to protect my very light carpet from the dirt and soot produced by the fireplace. I asked the tech about Fire & Ice fireplaces, and he was able to tell me about what it would take to convert my fireplace. I appreciated his honesty and expertise.
