Mike Ballor looked at my vehicle and the existing brackets and determined what I needed and ordered them for me. When I went to pick them up He realized they didn't fit the existing brackets and began back pedaling about installing them. I paid him for the bars and took my truck to a car dealer whose mechanic tried to install them but could not because the sheet metal was too rusted to support the brackets. I returned the bars and was told it was my fault the bars didn't fit and Mr Ballor said he would contact the supplier to see about returning them. This dragged on until I called my credit card company who intervened in the dispute and Mr Ballor called and told me to come get a refund. He handed me $150 and said I guess we should have checked closer. As if it were my fault What this amounted to is it cost me $50.00 to get a recommendation from this guy as to what to buy and when I agreed to that and the product could not be used I had to pay a restocking fee. I will never consider buying anything from Trans Auto Glass again.
