A Pesky Critter Removal

They removed the squirrels from my attic and fixed the hole. They fixed the hole before they determined all squirrels were out and had to come back twice to get additional squirrels out.

They came out to our house the next business day after I contacted them. We paid them the money, they put down 13-14 traps for moles. They said they would be back in a few days to check the traps. We never saw the company come back to check the traps. I called 6-7 times and never any callback with follow-up to my questions. Horrible communication from this company. We felt that once they got our money, they did not care about anything else. We don't know if they ever caught any moles because the lack of communication on their part. We finally called them 3 weeks later and told them to come and get their equipment out of our yard. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Seems reputable. But many of these critter companies are charging for estimates and then giving ridiculous over priced bids which is very sleezy.. You should warn consumers.

They used traps for rats for 10 days and said they caught 3 rats. I was at home several days to check rat traps all were empty all peanut butter was gone. On last day came pick up traps said they saw 4 rats running to neighbors home. So, I do not think they were much help with the problem.

All in all, not an expense I wanted to pay but an expense that was well worth it. Huge fan of these guys. Efficient, great communication, and solved the critter problem.

This was a pleasant experience. These gentleman were very knowledgeable and understood my issue. They inspected the home and provided a more than affordable estimate. I told them right away to put me on the schedule. They were out sealing up the home and solved the problem with in the week. Call them if you want an honest job and at an affordable price.

The people that came to fix my bird problem was very nice new what they were doing they were prompt courteous and they quoted me a really nice price I had someone I had talk to earlier that was trying to scam me for $2900 to remove a Birdsnest and close off the entryway to the Ness I wasnâ t going to use them because I felt funny about it when I didnâ t pay and told them that they would have to get paid when the service was done they did not show up

Everything was perfect

The first time we called all was great came out and helped find the critter said if there was any more issues to call and they would come back. Called a week later and they said they?d get us on the schedule 2 weeks later still no word from them.

They responded timely, were good about calling when they were on their way and took care of the critter.

The tech was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and concerns. He was very thorough with his procedures, and placement of the rodent deterrents.

They did what they promised and they love animals.

The rodents are gone
