Ryan Nims came to our house after putting in the request through Home Advisor and quoted a $250 flat rate to do the work needed to get rid of mice and squirrels in our attic and repair holes. He said he's be back within a few days to complete after I wrote the check. It's been weeks and we have yet to see him. We've made several calls to his office and cell phone to inquire, always receiving assurances that he'll be out later that same day but that never happened.

Does not keep a scheduled time

They showed up same day they were called. Follow up service was great as well.

Conscientious and experienced. Looked for future issues and recommended preventative action. Very proactive. Took video of attic to explain findings which was helpful.

Good, called at 7am, said they would come between 12 and 2. Showed up at 5 pm. Job got done.

After hiring 2 other companies this company finally trapped the mother and 4 baby skunks. They will also correct the barrier work previously done incorrectly.

They seemed to do good work, but they make promises that they never keep. It has been months since they were hired, and the project still isn't done. Most recently, they agreed to install an animal barrier, then changed the price after we agreed. It was supposed to be done two weeks ago, but now they won't even estimate when it will be done. Very disappointed. I think that they make promises to get the business, but don't have the capabilities to actually do the work.

horrible never hire him . when he didn't show up on time the first time should've gave me a clue. after that he will not honor his warranty . the problem still exists and he keeps promising me he will show up to fix it but never does . we are going on 3 months of false promises . i think iam gonna take him to court .

BAD SERVICE!!!

They never follow up. They set a trap for skunks in our backyard back in March and never have returned. I personally have called and spoke to a lady at that company. Wanted to all do a rat wall. Thought we had set that up back in early April. Still waiting for results /follow up. Honestly I can't see how people can rate them with a 4. Now I question quality of any work they POSSIBLY DO.
