Went very well. We used the Big Deal for AC tune up. I was impressed with the serviceman and hired him to for other furnace work as well.

I'm in the process of making a change now. To keep me as a customer, they could be honest about things that I needed. One of the worst things that a customer could have is when vendors and companies are trying to sell you a product you don't need. I don't need a furnace, don't try to sell me a furnace. Don't try to hype me. This is a problem we have in society now with poor service. It's why we have Angie's List, and that's the number one complaint with them. The work that they do, and that kind of thing, but I don't need people trying to sell me something I don't need at the time, unless I need it.

I have a yearly service agreement. I'd give them an "A" all the way down the line. I never have a complaint with them. They clean up after themselves.

They came out for an inspection. They found something that hadn't been taken care of on last visit. They corrected any issues and no charge for this. I'd give them "A"'s all around. I've never had a complaint. You can't go wrong with them. They are a very professional company and I'm very pleased with their work.

Their service worked for me fine. I just paid the $49 for the service. They were looking at the system, and everything was working. On the price, it was okay. The guy came, and he provided me a good service.

I've always had a good experience with them. Their service stands out the most. I mean, if you have a problem, you get somebody that listens to your complaint or your issue rather and then they assign you a person, you know, that shows up on time. Their people are knowledgeable. It's not like you have somebody coming in and like doesn't know how to handle it. They definitely train their people.

The Angie's List deal was fantastic. The company was extremely prompt responding to our request, setting up the appointment went without a hitch, service technician was on time and very pleasant to work with. All interactions with this company were positive and I will use them in the future and recommend that others use them as well.

They didn't have correct warranty information in the system, which caused initial miscommunication. Thankfully I had the proof of extended warranty from few years back.

Everything from scheduling an appointment to the tech's departure went INCREDIBLY well! The lady who scheduled the appointment was efficient, polite, and extremely accommodating. I was called when the tech finished the job before mine and told where he was coming from so I could gauge when he would arrive. He spent over 1 1/2 hours working on the A/C and explaining everything as he worked. He was polite, industrious and thorough. Everything was in good condition and I feel so grateful for the conscientious and professional way this company performs. The best service call for anything I have ever experienced! My husband wanted to hire them for his business, but unfortunately, they don't do commercial work. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. It would be extraordinary if all companies operated like them.

Andy's responded quickly to my srevice request and identified the source of the refrigerant leak causing the inability to cool. That completed the work ordered through Angie's List. Corrective work was timely completed to replace the a/c system.

Really well! Mario explained whatever he was checking and gave me the results. The grate on the top of the conditioner was vibrating, so he applied some putty in a few places and the vibration was gone. It sounds like a new piece of equipment.

He was just what I was hoping for. He first addressed the air handler's soundness (forced air gas furnace) including air filter. Advised that I only use the high performance anti allergy filters if required. They slow or hinder air flow so the unit works harder and longer to cool the house. If you need it fine change it regularly. Then he opened the compressor controls outside and performed many checks as well as tightened the lugs holding the power wires (mine were loose). Anyway he was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will call again when needed.
