Description of Work: They had to replace the ignitor in the furnace. I felt they were extremely professional, from the initial call to set up a time up until their truck arrived. Paul explained what had broken and told us what it would cost. He answered every question we had and was just very helpful and informative. Description of Work: Cleaned and checked furnace. Heat exchanger cracked in two places. Gave me several options, I chose new furnace. They put it in the next week and it works great and is much quieter than old one.

Description of Work: They were punctuation, professional and priced very competitive. I would use them again with out any concern. In fact I will use them to install my AC next year.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $49 for an HVAC service call and 30-minute diagnostic. He replaced the motor, but it failed. He had to come back out and replace it.

Description of Work: Replaced a part, cleaned the unit taking care of the vegetation around the unit. He explained every thing he was doing. He had to return to the office to get materials/parts but returned quicker than I expected. He was professional and courteous.

Description of Work: I have had an annual maintenance agreement on my furnace and AC with Andy's Statewide for several years. I highly recommend this service from them. They keep everything running well and worry free.

Description of Work: Supposed to be a pre-paid service call.Charged $179 to replace a $30 part.Service man put on shoes covers to check furnace then went outside to check air conditioner and then came back in to house and tracked mud on the carpet.Previously had purchased for $50 a $100 woth of service and was charged another $100.Took several calls to get $100 credited back.

Description of Work: Inspected furnance. He checked everything and explained what he was doing as he went along. Only problem found was a lttle rust on the Heat Exchanger.

Description of Work: Chris, was the service tech that came to the house. He was very professional throughout the whole process. He checked all the wiring in the furnace as well as outside on the air conditioning unit. He explained everything to me as he went along. Chris also answered all the questions I had. And he was very efficient throughout the whole process. I would use Andy's again and would more than likely request that Chris comes out.

Description of Work: had a monthly program with them,, when they came to do the maintenance it was all good work, but when we needed them for a furnace breakdown, they were unable to get the part for 2-3 days, we needed heat so called another company who were able to service the furnac

Description of Work: Serviceman was cordial and replaced parts and upgraded the general performance of A/C. He suggested to buy a new unit in 1 or 2 years for efficiency and because parts were becoming obselete. He seemed trustworthy and did give me some good tips.
