Description of Work: Told us about water coming in through exhaust pipe which is usually sideways but ours comes through roof like a chimney. Fuller Heating never told us even when we had problems with water and the furnace.

Description of Work: They did not do the job they were supposed to. Then told me unnecessary things and had unreasonably high prices. They just want your money for nothing. When you have an inspection and cleaning your supposed to do the job and not say, the furnace didn't need any cleaning, I never knew of such a thing. Since when do you not inspect and clean a furnace every year. I got my money back and a discount for another company who did the job and replaced a part for a reasonable price that same day and they had to cancel other appointments to do this.

Description of Work: The technicians was very professional, did a thorough job cleaning and inspecting our 10 year old furnace. Reported on two parts whose electrical output were slightly under normal, indicating they might fail. He gave me cost estimates to replace each part, but did not pressure me. I would use them again for a furnace cleaning / inspection or a repair.

Description of Work: I called for a furnace tune up and humidifier check. Everything went well. In addition to the tune up I had my filter replaced on the humidifier and the blower fan cleaned on my furnace per the recommendation of the technician Mario. |The first appointment was cancelled due to a shortage of technicians but I was called early that Morning and it was rescheduled for 5 days later.

Description of Work: We were unable to pump water from our well. Andy identified the source of the problem and he replaced a component that was defective. He also inspected the other components in our well system and he got everything working again properly. He was great to work with and charged a fair price. We highly recommend this provider.

Description of Work: Replaced a working part.....would not certify furnace unless i replaced 68.00 part then charged another 100.00 labor....most hvac techs just clean flame sensor, he stated it must be replaced even if working.....For a.54.00 inspection they will find something wrong ......ps flame sensor can be replaced in less then 10 min. For $35.00 my total bill was over $200.00
